AJ came to our house on friday night to cater a work related event. He arrived at 4:30pm to set up and left after 10 pm. The food was fresh, well prepared, and looked delicious. The stir fry station was really great! AJ and his team were friendly and very good at taking care of our guests. My husband and i received many positive comments, so we will definitely choose him again for our next event. The only negative was, due to the rain, the tablecloths were wet and when we moved the tables inside there were no spares. otherwise a fantastic experience.

AJ the Owner and Executive Chef customized our menu. The word NO was never used by him. YES YES YES was always the answer to my every question and request. From his first response through Thumbtack, to the day of the event, he met all requests with Joy and Professionalism. He was always timely and a Man of his Word. AJ and his team on the day of the event executed everything from the set up to the break down smoothly and efficiently. He brought a clay oven, and a sugar cane processing machine to make many of the items fresh at the event. He worked very hard at the event to prepare custom ordered menu items. He was very focused and very friendly to all the guests. Preparing for the event he went out of his way to meet all the special requests. He even purchased specific colors for all the linens, table cloths, table overlays and napkins to enhance the theme of the event. The food menu was outstanding, sensational, fabulous and amazing. All the food was hot, fresh and was filled with flavor and great taste.. The servers always kept refilling the serving dishes. The salads, condiments, and accent dishes were all prepared with fresh ingredients. The experience with Red Dot Catering was SUPREME. I will definitely be calling AJ again.
