Latest Review: seriously The best personal trainer! I found Chris two years ago. I am always amazed with his knowledge of training. Chris adds in everything yo his training, one day he had me do weights, the next day he had me do yoga, next day body weight training and the next day Pilates and balance, and the last day of the week speed power and agility training. You name it he does it all. Chris adds in all these different styles of training modalities and makes it fun, and challenging. I like the variety of training he adds into his training. Best of all he works out with witch i love, Ive been training with personal trainers for over 25 years and Chris is the first one that actually trains with you and is the only one that changes his style of training. I like the challenge I get training Chris.
With Chris's training I gained confidence in my own abilities. I dropped 47 pounds training with Chris and took off 4 belt sizes.
