I'm 28 years old and I started my weight loss and getting fit journey in Sep 2013. After being overweight since 8th grade I knew that if I could get started on my own (after many - many - attempts in my life) that I would eventually get a personal trainer for more guidance. I started at 245 lbs and I lost 25 pounds on my own from changing my diet and only running - but I had zero experience in weight training and was pretty overwhelmed by all the information out there on how to get in shape. So I contacted Brian after the new year in Jan 2014. I could tell right away after meeting him that this is his passion and more than just a job to him. Since starting with Brian 3 months ago I have lost near 20 pounds (almost in the 100s!!) all while gaining muscle at the same time. He has given me some things I wasn't able to give myself before: passion for fitness, muscle growth, and knowledge about how to workout properly and knowledge about my body.
