Last minute cancellation had me scrambling for another pastry chef. The theme was Sesame Street and Randi did an awesome job reproducing the pictures/examples I found of what I wanted. I wish I could upload the pictures they were so cute and delicious too! I highly recommend Sweet Cakes for your next event.

Hired Chef Mike for some in home cooking lessons for my daughter. It's been such a great experience! She has learned so much about the basics of cooking and has becoming quite the cook around here. I would highly recommend him :)

Charlotte was absolutely darling in everyway. Her personality was warm and kind. She was confident. She cooked in the kitchen we were eating in and we didn't hear noise. She is a quiet cook! She added to the conversation at appropriate times. We ordered bacon wrapped filet mignon and alaskan halibut. Both were cooked to perfection. The appetizer, salad, and dessert were all delicious! I have gluten and dairy allergies and she adjusted my food accordingly. I was pleased to eat along with everyone else. In preparation for the event Charlotte emailed me back promptly and was extremely professional. She gave me multiple menus and price ranges to pick from. I would highly recommend Charlotte. The evening was a experience we will never forget. Also, I am extremely happy I hired a chef for dinner. It removed the stress and I really enjoyed our company without worry.

I wanted to write a review of the wonderful Chef we hired to cook breakfast and lunch for our team off-site. The food was amazing, her professionalism was impeccable, and her talents as a chief were unmatched. The team cannot stop talking about how wonderful the food was and how much they appreciate her making extra leftovers for the team to take home. I cannot recommend her enough and we will for sure look for reasons to hire her again. Simply amazing!!

I was planning a fancy date night with my husband, and was looking for a chef to whip up something delicious and elegant. I originally thought Rex and Cathy were strictly dutch-oven chefs, but it turns out they're much more than that! On one day's notice, they planned and executed a meal of bacon-wrapped filet mignon with multiple side dishes and dessert, all prepared in my tiny apartment kitchen. They laid the table beautifully, served us, and cleaned everything up afterwards. It was the experience of a lifetime.

Shahene came to our school and taught culinary lessons to students of all ages. He showed us how to make sushi, dolmathes, homemade ice cream (the rosewater was a delightful touch), pumpkin pie from scratch and much more. He also taught the students about hygiene and knife safety. The food was incredible and he's a great teacher. Very patient and he really knows his stuff!!

Chef Bo held a cooking class at my house for me and 9 friends - it was one of the most fun, interactive parties I've ever hosted! We had a blast, learned a lot about cooking techniques that I have been too scared to try before, but Chef Bo made it so simple to understand and increased my cooking confidence immensely. All my friends loved the event, as well and we can't wait to have him again!
