WoW employees were all awesome from start to finish. Greg, the salesman set the tone with his professional yet friendly demeanor and knowledge of the products. He responded promptly to all questions and kept us abreast of the timeline for window delivery. He passed us off to the folks in the office who were equally professional and excellent with communication. The fellow who came out to measure for the windows was also very professional and did an excellent job being timely and speedy in his work. He even answered a question via text after he left the site. The installation crew did their best to minimize the intrusion in our home and were working in very windy, very cold weather. They kept my home clean and were very tidy with their products. They were friendly yet professional. Everyone in the company knows their job inside and out! There is no "passing the buck" here, just great service with folks who are very competent and polite. Tarsha F. says, "The door is up and it looks good, however the guys chipped the bottom corner of the glass. They said it happened before they came but they never said anything the whole time they were installing the door. Glass chips were very obvious and hard to miss, if the previous installer created the damage. Previous installer was frustrated with putting up the door and decided to leave. The job was not as easy as he thought. Also, I cleaned the glass door after the previous installer attempted to put the door up. There was no broken glass when the first installer left. Happy the door is up but there was no need to lie about the damage. I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it."See more
