Latest Review: Initially, I like the assessment that Coach X had me to complete regarding physical goals. Then as I started my training Coach encouraged and has pushed me hard! Because some days the physical pain would kick in; Lol, but it has been worth it. Meanwhile, as my training
progresses I can see myself becoming leaner. More Importantly, the training enables me to focus on maintaining a good daily diet(no dieting, just eating healthier). So I would and have recommended Coach X to others. He is professionally, and he has a way of making one feel comfortable. Thanks Coach X!
