I must say that I am extremely pleased with my results thus far from my training sessions at FSR Fitness Studio. I can see progress being made and I feel like a better person already. I'm more energetic and each time I come I can see myself getting stronger and stronger. Antonio and Craig are knowledgeable, professional and are great motivators. They really make you feel like you're apart of a family and that you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. He also did a 30 minute workout with me at the first visit. He has been my trainer since May 2013. 2 THUMBS UP
KJ is excellent! He goes above and beyond, is always on time, and checks in with his clients outside of the scheduled training times. The consultation provided detailed expectations and guidelines about the training program, and helped me understand how I would see results. KJ pushes me to my limits and exceeds any expectation I have going into the M W F workouts. The workouts are fun and exciting because most of them consist of group training/partner training where each person pushes the other. These workouts are mainly station workouts and KJ does a great job showing us the correct technique and skills for each exercise. The motivation and drive that KJ presents allows clients like me to want that same drive to get the body I've always wanted. All the trainers at Summit Fitness are great but KJ is incredible!!
Superb training that focuses on using body weight and high repitition to achieve a level of strength prior to using extra weights. He is especially adept at training younger athletes and by using the above method, avoids overuse injuries to young, developing bodies.
I have been training with Tyler for about 4 months now. I feel myself getting stronger, healthier and more comfortable with my body. I continue to make progress to reaching my weight-loss goals. Stephen helped me to strengthen my weak points at the local YMCA. Each session was 1 hour. I had about 7 sessions with him before he moved. Stephen has helped me with my muscle mass, weight loss, and balance. He went well above and beyond what I was expecting and adding things to my regimen that I didn't know I needed to do. His temperament was calm and he was willing to listen and work around my needs. Even though he has moved we still keep in contact with each other through e-mail, and he is still encouraging me and giving me training advice. I think that Stephen was very professional, on time, willing to listen, and very caring about my well being. I have no negative things to say.
Sherry has helped me stay on track in my fitness program with weekly workouts, email and texts of encouragement as well as a gentle push when needed. She guides me in activities appropriate for my aging body and skill level, as well as working to prevent injury. I have worked out all my life and often had overuse injuries within a few months.
