The program includes the following: * We have a strategy session so that everyone is aware of expectations and goals to fast track your success. * We have a functional movement screen to identify risk for injury (boring science stuff). * We provide a nutrition success kit and coaching so that you are as educated as 90% of personal trainers in the Seattle area within 6 months and have the tools you need. * We have online support to assist you with issues arising outside gym hours. * We have an accountability bubble system so that you have structures in place to hold you up in times of need. * We teach you to crawl, swing, squat, push and pull various types of equipment and body weight in an injury-free program that will make you bullet-proof strong and wild-cheetah lean. * We have flexible options of two, three or four personal training sessions per week, depending on your goals, motivation and commitment level. * The package length is determined by goals, motivation and commitment level. However, we do not accept clients for less than a 3-month term. This is for real. * Pricing ranges anywhere from $100 to $299 per week. In order to prevent overcrowding and sustain the optimal training environment, we accept only a limited number of clients. If we are at full capacity, then we will place you on our waiting list and contact you as soon as an opening is available.

We offer clinical exercise, fitness boot camps, medical nutritional therapy, and physical therapy services. Our wellness club membership creates a customized program for each client, tailored to their individual goals, current activity level, and health considerations. Customized wellness programs are downloaded onto a personal smartkey which tracks attendance, repetition/set completions, and weight-management information.

My Small Group Camps are fitness boot camps, where you can enjoy the camaraderie of others without the military hype. You will receive 45 minutes of high intensity strength and endurance training with each class. The exercises are a mixture of body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine ball, battling ropes and plyometric exercises done by time, not repetition, so that every client can work at their own fitness level. I don't add a bunch of running to my camps; I work your muscles so that you can do your cardio on your non-boot camp days. These workouts increase lean body mass (muscles) and burn fat. The camp consists of 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks plus cardio, core, and workouts of the day (WOD) for extra 'credit'. Each camp also includes some nutritional counseling and periodic challenges throughout the year where you can plan on competing for prizes . As a mother of three and running her own business, I know that time is valuable and everyone wants to make the most of what time they have.
