Latest Review: I would highly recommend Dan as a personal trainer! Dan will find the training method that will work best for each of his clients - both based on each client's individual goals, as well as through his own assessments. Dan generally is dynamic in his training style - more so than other personal trainers I've had the opportunity to observe.
He's therefore able to train a wide range of clients, regardless of physical condition.
I've trained with Dan regularly for a year now, and I've completely transformed my physique and appearance during this time. While I'm also training by myself, each session I'm having with Dan is not only a great workout, but is my primary source of new knowledge and experience, and for improving my technique further.
Dan has also given me great advice on nutrition and eating habits - some of which I still commit to.
I'm very happy to have Dan as my personal trainer.
