Latest Review: Ive been training with Jeremy for many years and among all the standout training hes given me the most life changing was the training I received when my husband and I decided to have our first baby. Sure I could have been that pregnant women, who took it easy, didnt work out, just ate and ate and ate and gained more weight than was healthy. But truly fear of a long laborious delivery won out as well as Jeremy explaining to me that working out and preparing your core will help with the labor. You see I wasnt some spring chicken in my twenties, I was fast approaching my 40 and I knew I couldnt handle being in labor for 12+ hours.
Being pregnant by any means is not easy and working out while pregnant is not easy. But Jeremy accommodated the workouts to what my body was saying and how I felt. He explained what we were working on, what the benefits were and how it would help in the long run. He assisted, motivated and encouraged which is tough with something inside of your sapping all your energy. I worked out 3-4 days a week for 5-6 months then trailed off as I got closer to my due date. I gained a healthy 15 pounds through the pregnancy and had a great delivery all things considered (2.5 hours of labor and 1.5 of pushing). I want to say it was all me, but really I owe it Jeremy and how he prepared me positively, physically and mentally.
I didnt realize how important fitness was until my 30 but it has played such a major part of life and Jeremy has helped me reach so many of my health goals!
