NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) and NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) means he's certified to train, educate, and motivate all ages and fitness levels from jail bait to fossils and from gazelles to slugs. He's also able to school ya on nutrition and weight. After all, he's a veganist. OMG. And he's got cred...marathons, ultra marathons, triathlons, and ironman. Completed and finished d'm all. Dang! So let me ax u somtin...u got a muffin top and too much junk in dat trunk? And brotha's---not lookin' fly in your mankini and got no game cuz ur lookin' wack? Then Ben's da man. Yeah, he's all that and a bag of vegan chips. Ain't nobody betta. He will ride to da hood and train u out in the comfort of your crib! Now dat's da bomb. Or u can work it out at the studio. And he's no gym rat---u feel me? U know the type...body by Nautilus, brain by Mattel. He's lean & mean; like a long distance runner. Not to mention, kinda easy on the eyes. As a beginner to serious workouts, I am glad I chose Serious About Fitness. It's been about 3 weeks since I joined and I have worked with both Chris and Garren during this time. Though it is a group training, the trainers keep an eye out for how you are doing and the training sessions are highly personalized and fun while challenging at the same time. Looking forward to more great workouts!

Tina Cotterill is well versed in strength training techniques (which I need!) as well as instruction toward total well-being. She has helped me during the past year to become stronger physically and to help me food plan. I am almost 70 years of age, and find the workouts that she structures for me exactly what I need to live long and prosper! She's also unbelievably inexpensive and cheerfully drives to my home every week! I highly recommend Tina Cotterill to anyone of any age who has decided to live a healthier life style.
Adrienne is excellent. Her knowledge and experience is amazing. She enjoys her work and makes each session fun as well as helpful. I have had several trainers in my life time and she is the best
Coach Lind is a dynamic trainer and skilled in functional mobility and a drill sergeant for quality form. Form is your function and without it, what's the point. He's knowledge, dedication and attitude is top notch. As a marathoner and triathlete, it is crucial to have the proper strength coach to help you stay injury free. Bonus is that he is one of the funniest and personable trainers I know and I thank him for being my support for so many years as my coach.
Curt and Jared...What more can I say. I've been at this studio for a year and a half. The best alternative to going to regular gym. The workouts do not seem intense at first but they truly are. The main emphasis is on Core/Abdominal and Resistance training. Both trainers have their unique ways of getting the best out of you. Curt teaches his methods of exercise in a more laid back and relaxed approach, while Jared is more technical on form and function. Overall, I would recommend any one to join this studio to get the results you really want!
I worked out at Catz at the Starfire location with Anya for the better part of 2 years. During which I made huge strides regarding my speed, agility and overall fitness. In addition, Anya was a fantastic trainer as well as motivator and would recommend her as well as Catz to any athlete who is seeking a competitive edge.
For well over 5 years I suffered from pain related to fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome that was almost debilitating. I finally gave up on all the doctors and was tired of being depressed about the pain as well as my growing waistline so I decided to try to join a gym. In the past I have had trainers turn me away due to the long list of issues that I have been diagnosed with and was over the moon to find one, Rich, that was not afraid to work with me. I have stuck with it for over a year and due to being so determined to follow through with the workouts that he gave me I have never felt better. I now only have a few bad pain days every few months but those are cut short with a few of the basics that I have learned from Rich. In all I have lost over 5 pant sizes and I am back to wearing cloths I had in college. I am in my 30s and I feel better than I did when I was in high school or college. I am also in the best shape I have ever been in and I am enjoying the compliments from friends and family about my figure but most importantly I am enjoying all of the pain free days I am having.

Well for starters, there's a reason that they call Quentin "The Transformer". He really can transform your body. I am total "Type A", perfectionist, control freak and I've always been athletic (ballet and soccer) and a ftness freak. I've always worked out with the best trainers and I was blown away after working with Q. I've had 2 serious car accidents so I can't workout like I once did but he understood my limitations and still gave me a run for my money. The sad part for me is that I moved from Seattle and nobody else compares. As soon as I am back in Seattle though, he's my guy!!!!!!!!
