"I would consider myself a pretty serious fitness nut and have worked out with trainers for over 15 years. I can say, by far, this is the most effective and fun workout ever. Cardio - yep, resistance - yep, strength, core, and balance - yep. Small group setting with individual attention. Effective and fun - hard to beat. You will be amazed at the results without the hurt. But you will work hard!"

"Training with Nick is one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself. Since working with him I have become a personal trainer myself and can say without a doubt that he is among the best in the industry. He not only transformed my health, but taught me so much that I was able to pass along to my own clients. I've worked with 6 different trainers for extended periods of time to learn different things and Nick is the only one who takes continuing his education seriously. His wealth of knowledge will change you for the better. If your goal is fat loss, this is where he excels this most. Everything else I've tried has been a waste of time and money by comparison. I can't speak highly enough of Nick, the personal training industry needs more trainers like him. "

"Chris listened to my health/flexibility issues (i.e., stiffness in hips from golfing) and instructed me on several different exercises using various equipment to strengthen my gluts/legs/core for better mobility/flexibility. Great to work with a professional trainer who can adapt exercises to a baby boomer who has limited physical strength/endurance. The PGP Fitness Center is a very clean workout facility which has plenty of exercise equipment for someone who now has the time to focus on regaining/rebuilding endurance, strength, and conditioning. Loved the one-on-one trainer/student workout! Thanks! Karen Y."

"I was looking for a personal trainer who could teach me how to do strength related exercise at my apartment gym. It was very important to me that I felt comfortable working with my trainer from home. Dan let me do my first workout at a local gym before I decided to hire him and then workout at home. I have been training with Dan for a month now and he is exactly what I was looking for in a personal trainer. He's always been very professional and really communicates with me during workouts. What I like about Dan is he takes the time to explain the logic behind each exercise and checks in with me constantly to ensure I understand. The other personal trainers I met did not really do this. I love learning and each workout session has felt valuable and encouraging. In addition to the workouts Dan has also helped me keep my food and nutrition in check each week. I had to use to doing a food log again but it is nice getting feedback on little things I can tweak. Overall, I really like how I can feel more confident in the gym doing something other than the treadmill. I was always afraid to do anything with weights (even my own body weight) because I thought I'd hurt myself. Now I go in the gym with a plan and basic understanding of the movements, correct posture, and etc. I'd definitely recommend Dan to any beginners out there. I'll be continuing my workouts with him."

"Alex is the first fitness trainer that I've ever worked with. I wanted to work with a trainer to help my body to heal after an injury. He is knowledgeable, attentive and certified to work with people with injuries due to his bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology and advanced certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. He knows your limitations and doesn’t push you out of your comfort/ability zone to the point that you would injure yourself. It really helps me to have someone to give me direction, check on my form, but also challenge me to do more than I would do on my own. He guides me through what I should be doing with detailed instruction. He is also flexible in scheduling on those occasions I need to make a change due to health issues. I have had an excellent training experience with Alex. I recommend him highly to everyone who might be considering personal training. He is also reasonably priced compared to large fitness."

"I started with John about 4 months ago, I have not regretted a moment of it. The thing I love the most is that he is punctual and attentive to what the task at hand is. I have worked with many trainers and by far I he is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. If you are looking for someone to help you get back into the swing of things or help you shed those extra pounds...John is your guy."
