Ben is great! He is extremely personal and is great and getting to know you and your needs. Sometimes trainers can be a bit condescending, but Ben knows how to relate to people and make you feel good about whatever level of fitness you are at. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone interested in a personal trainer, especially those with injuries.

I’ve been training with Jeremy for many years and among all the standout training he’s given me the most life changing was the training I received when my husband and I decided to have our first baby. Sure I could have been that pregnant women, who took it easy, didn’t work out, just ate and ate and ate and gained more weight than was healthy. But truly fear of a long laborious delivery won out as well as Jeremy explaining to me that working out and preparing your core will help with the labor. You see I wasn’t some spring chicken in my twenties, I was fast approaching my 40 and I knew I couldn’t handle being in labor for 12+ hours. Being pregnant by any means is not easy and working out while pregnant is not easy. But Jeremy accommodated the workouts to what my body was saying and how I felt. He explained what we were working on, what the benefits were and how it would help in the long run. He assisted, motivated and encouraged which is tough with something inside of your sapping all your energy. I worked out 3-4 days a week for 5-6 months then trailed off as I got closer to my due date. I gained a healthy 15 pounds through the pregnancy and had a great delivery all things considered (2.5 hours of labor and 1.5 of pushing). I want to say it was all me, but really I owe it Jeremy and how he prepared me positively, physically and mentally. I didn’t realize how important fitness was until my 30 but it has played such a major part of life and Jeremy has helped me reach so many of my health goals!

Coach Williams has been a heaven sent, I have been dealing with injuries caused by my Army service for well over 10yr now I have tried a large variety of wellness and fitness plans as well as physical therapy to no avail. The pain stiffness soreness never seemed to diminish. One day I was looking on Thumbtack just really browsing and seen advertisement for a personal trainer, I figured what do I have to lose. Myself and my wife met with Coach William Z I really didn't know what to expect but he was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable with him. He has been working with me now for three months and I have never felt better he takes your strengths and makes them stronger he takes your weakness and helps you overcome. Thank you coach for allowing me to remember what it feels like to be pain-free. Extremely highly recommended.

Holly is a wonderful trainer and all around person. She is focused on health and wellness, and really wants to help you reach your goals in an attainable way. I chose to meet with Holly once a week, but through an awesome app, she has helped me stick to my goals daily through various work outs and stretches, which she updates regularly. They say there are no quick fixes and that it's all about having a healthy lifestyle, and it's true. Holly will help you find a path to that lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. I came to her with very little upper body strength, and now I'm able to rock climb, deadlift and feel strong all over. With Holly you'll feel comfortable and at ease. She'll push you, but will also get to know your limits. "Do your best for today." She's not only a great trainer, but a great person, and I promise you'll look forward to seeing her no matter how early it is! Thanks for everything, Holly!

Anthony is simply the best of the best. He has assisted me with diet, nutrition facts and fitness. I'm in my late 40's and feel better ever! I spent years at crossfit and cycling and never achieved the results I've seen with Anthony. His approach isn't just fitness based, it is education based. I have a much better understating of the workouts I am doing and why. Amazing.

I love working out with Coach Mihai! He makes the workouts fun and enjoyable and at the same time challenging. I am a new mom and need to have a balanced workout where I get challenged well at workout but also be able to carry out my work at home later on and Mihai makes sure my workouts are perfectly balanced!

She knows her stuff regarding fitness, strength training, and fat loss. She also is very knowledgeable about arthritis and constantly checks in with me to insure no further injury to my knees. So I had just moved to Seattle from sunny SoCal and found myself in a horrible rut that typically found me on my couch curled up with my dogs and best friend Ben & Jerry's... I think it was right around Halloween when I scrolled by Curt's Facebook ad. I answered and a day or so later heard back from Curt Ligot, and at that point he honestly changed my life. I had pushed the scale at 236lbs, and was being told by my doctor that I had tested with border line diabetes with levels at 6.4. I didn't really have a local support system, knew no one and was starting a new job in a new city and rather down in the dumps. My knees hurt, my back was sore and had gotten real lazy. Living in Kent, I was hesitant on the drive to Beacon Hill to see what Curt was working with. However, I got a good feeling from talking with him and felt a level of comfort so I decided to go in and give it a try, heck it was a free session with a trainer. I had sessions in the past (LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Bally's, Gold's) with trainers and all were basically the same. Do lots of cardio and train on this program that everyone else they coach are on, and no need to listen to what the client wanted or was telling was ailing them. So to meet with Curt and in one session know this was something I had to put all my heart and soul into, it was different. He listened to me about my aching knees, sore back and all my employees that lead to a daily migraine headache. Obviously abs are made in the kitchen just as much as they are in the gym. But things seemed to happen quicker with LTS. Not only did my knees feel better, I had more energy and desire to eat healthier. I talked to Curt during my sessions on food, and health ideas out of the gym. It was awesome and just as important as the sessions. He gave me tips and pointed out a couple key factors I would've never thought were not the healthiest choices to eat. I could seriously go on and on about how beneficial this program is/was to me. Whether you work with Curt or Jared you will get a great attitude, complete attention, 100% support, motivation, advice and all in an environment that makes you want to learn and grow as a person. Before you know it my twice a week visits went to 4 times a week, and the drive from Kent was never an issue I welcomed it. Working with LTS helped me reduce my body fat from 28% to the 18% range, my doctor flipped out when 9 months later I was testing at 5.3 range and completely in the healthy range, see you later diabetes!! Oh and not to mention I now hover in the 185 - 195lbs in weight, I stayed dessert free for over 200 days with the help of Curt and team. My new lifestyle of exercise and eating healthy is now who I am. Working with LTS has aided in my ability to become stronger both mentally and physically. Most importantly, he believes in me. There's not a day that goes by that I turn down any chance to be challenged. It is those challenges that keep me motivated and keep me wondering what's next in line to conquer. Anyone that is questioning LTS don't hesitate to reach out to me! Thanks!!

Nick Koller has help me reach fitness goals that I could not otherwise do myself. The job was at Excellence Health and Fitness Gym. Although, we are still in progress Nick has been helping me train for 5 weeks now and I have already seen major inprovments in lower body fat and more muscle growth. What impressed me about the service is how much improvement I have been making in only 1 hour a session for 3 sessions a week. In addition, I really like how much I felt that Nick cared for my fitness goals and what I wanted to achieve. I have training with Nick for 5 weeks now and I would say he's exceeded my expectation of where I would want to be within this time. Nick has always been on time when we have scheduled sessions and he has been very flexible with my schedual. Given the results that I have shown I would say the quality of the work is excellent. I'm not sure I can say that there is anything that could have improved my experience because my experience was fantastic.

I've been working with Francisco to improve my fitness level and he's been great to work with. My initial fitness level was very poor but he has been instrumental in helping me to improve. In particular, the workouts have been varied and he has done an excellent job of motivating me to push that little bit extra during those workouts. Francisco has consistently been very professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

Jamie is very organized and prepared to train according to what your goals and limitations are. She is compassionate, yet firm on pushing me to the ppint I get out of my own head and strive for more than I think I can do. I live the flexibility of her schedule which helped me set up a specific time to train with her. She's motivated, encouraging and eager to see me succeed. I also like the fact that she can relate to me as a mom and wife who has a very on the go schedule but makes fitness a priority. I look forward to the next few weeks as my body shapes up more and I can begin to see the evidence of my hard work and her training to be great inside and out.

I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!

I have been working one-on-one with Maryliah for about a year now and I've been nonstop impressed with her work ethic and my fitness results. I went from deadlifting 0 to 140lbs in the span of just a few months. She always asks how I feel about each session and uses my feedback to improve the next work out routine. She's excellent at composing a routine that works around injuries as well. I have a bad knee and if I'm ever uncomfortable with an exercise she will immediately think of a substitute that still works on the same muscle groups.
