Danielle T. says, "Chef Billy was a delightful chef to work with. We hired him to cook us a four course Valentine’s Day meal for myself and my husband and he did not disappoint. He was easy to communicate with, wrote us an excellent menu, had a fair price, was punctual and polite. But the food was INCREDIBLE. We were both blown away. Every course was just delicious. We had: Crab stack with mango, avocado, tomato, cucumber, red onion, ginger lime dressing. He left us a WHOLE BOWL of king crab behind because he had extra. Seriously amazing. Salad with Kale, reb cabbage, Brussel sprouts, cosmic crisp apple, pumpkin seed, pecan, pomegranate, maple-lemon vinaigrette. This was the best salad I’ve ever had. Beef filet, thyme, rosemary rub, spiced pumpkin puree, blackberry red wine reduction, Brussel sprout leaves, radish slices. Every flavor came through. I especially loved the red wine reduction Spiced southern red velvet cake, fresh berries, mint, rosemary. And he brought my husband two gigantic dark chocolate dipped strawberries to accommodate his allergies! Both were amazing. My husband is both dairy free and gluten free and Chef Billy made it a point to make sure everything was customized for his allergies. He was so easy to work with. And on top of all of that, he left our kitchen SPOTLESS. Cleaner than it was when he arrived. We could not recommend Anita and Joes enough for whatever your event may be! I want to add that he didn’t ask me to write this review, but he absolutely deserved it."See more

We hired Jason as a private chef for my partner's birthday and the entire evening was incredible, we cannot recommend enough. Jason gave us the option of a private dinner or an interactive one. We chose interactive and he explained in great detail where the food came from and how he was preparing it. The food itself was the best meal we have had in Seattle, Jason was able to deliver some of our sushi and steak favorites with a fancy and delicious spin. If you are looking for a unique dining experience with someone who knows their food, Densestu is the right choice.
