Alfred responded quickly to my plumbing project and did a thorough assessment before explaining the issue and providing a quote. He was flexible on timing and willing to work on Saturday so I didn’t have to take time off at my job. He was efficient and went the extra mile to replace an additional component as part of my water regulator repair. I would definitely use A&E Rooter and Plumbing for any future plumbing repair and wouldn’t hesitate to refer Alfred to family and friends needing plumbing work.

They should be more honest and not try to take advantage of customers. My gas line pipe had a leak and needed to be fixed. First they told me they had to pressurized the pipe line to know where the leak was, they charge me $499 for that, then they told me they didn’t know exactly where the leak was coming from and they had to change all my pipes. For replacing all my pipes they wanted to charge me $8000. I don’t know too much about plumbing but it seemed way too much so I told them I would get back to them. I then hired another plumbing company and they completed the same job for under $1000. Definitely don’t recommend First Class Plumbing, they should be called last time plumbing.

While he was here, I expressed interest in replacing the kitchen and restroom faucets. He gave his input on the brands and models I should consider. I purchased the faucets at Lowes, and he came out the next day to install them.  He also performed yearly maintenance on the reverse osmosis water filter setup under the sink . I called at about 4:00 for a clogged kitchen sink. Jesse Molina called me back immediately. He quoted me a price and said he was just finishing up a job and could be here in an about an hour. He and his partner showed up around 5:10. My drain was completely snaked and old debris and grease was cleaned out. Everything was done quickly, professionally and they left everything spotless. Tony from AJ Plumbing is an honest reliable plumber. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fair priced honest plumber. I called Tony and told him , I need an estimate to change a water regulator , and the water shut off valve. He squeezed me in the afternoon and called to advise me he was on his way . Once Tony got here he explained his plan to fix my issue. He quoted me a very fair price . Tony took his time and did not rush to complete the job. The work quality is amazing and looks very well done. I provided a picture of Tony’s work and the old plumbers work. Some of the quotes I got were very outrageous. I was very stressed out .
