Working out has never been enjoyable for me. Even after I lost a significant amount of weight, hitting the gym was fairly low on my prioity list. Given that I'm not very self-motivated athletically, I realized I needed help. To say that I'm lucky to have found JJ right off the bat would be an understatement. He has completely changed my attitude towards physical fitness and although I like to complain throughout the workout, I love every painful minute of it. Not only is JJ incredibly professional (he knows what he's doing), but he's hilarious and easy to get along with. After only a month of 4 days a week, I've noticed some really significant changes. I'm lucky to have him and I look forward our future workouts.
I have been training with OJ for a month now and I couldn't be happier with my results! I have never used a personal trainer before and I was nervous about being over worked causing me to give up on my fitness journey. Since day one I have felt like OJ listened to my needs and made a plan that catered to my goals. He has also been very accommodating to my schedule which is important to me since I am a grad student. Since training with OJ I have noticed a change in my physical appearance as well as my stamina and will power; I believe this has a lot to do with OJs motivating and supportive demeanor. I am excited to continue this fitness journey with OJ and I look forward to meeting my overall goals. I highly suggest contacting OJ for your fitness needs!
I've had personal trainers in the past but none like Hugo. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about physical fitness. Hmmm... I'm not really sure how to write a review for this guy without sounding like a cheesy advertisement, but really, that's just how wonderful he was. I've been a long distance runner since I was 12 (I'm 26 now) and cardio has always been my preferred exercise. I've been plagued with injuries off and on for the last couple years so I decided I would give personal training a shot, learn how to sculpt and work out my body in a different way. I am so glad Manuk was up to the task. He sat me down and asked me exactly what I wanted to accomplish during our time together and what my long term goals were. He gave me an overview of what he thought the best plan was to meet these goals and always answered my persistent (and annoying) questions. One of my biggest problems with being in the gym and trying to convert to a healthier life style is accountability. I can work hard in the gym with Manuk three days a week, but it's the times that I wasn't with Manuk that made it hard because it was easy to "cheat". Manuk makes himself accessible to his clients. He encourages you to share apps such as my fitbit and my fitness pal to help with your nutrition, he encourages you to text him when you have questions... and I do mean any question. This guy even gave me tips on what booze would be least damaging to meeting my goals when it came time to go on vacation with my friends. The most helpful thing about Manuk, however, is how much he cares. There were times were I had personal things going on in my life that really affected my performance when I would meet with him, but he would be right there in that moment with me telling me he understands and encouraging me to use that in our work outs. And it worked. I, unfortunately, had to move 400 miles away for work and family, but I have yet to really click with any fitness instructor or trainer the way I did with Manuk. He's just that genuine (something I'm finding out is pretty hard to come by in this industry) and just that great.
Vinny is probably the most positive person I have ever met. Vinny is a great coach and has taught me a lot about how to really train hard. Vinny maximizes your workouts in ways i thought weren't possible. He shows great dedication in his work and has helped me with with my fitness training and getting my meal plans together. His work changes you for a lifetime, that's for sure.

After working out with various trainers and in bootcamps, I know what style of training I respond best to. Gil makes our workouts enjoyable and he really cares about helping me meet my fitness goals. My job is pretty demanding so working out isn't always top priority, but Gil offers exactly what I need to round out my fitness needs -- I'm already seeing improved definition in my body after training with him this past month! If you want to take your fitness to another level, I highly recommend Gil!!

Worth every penny for sure. First, the facilities at Next Level Fitness are top notch and allow for variation in exercises. Equipment very well maintained. Lee is the type of trainer who listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you achieve that. I wanted someone to motivate me and push me and he was awesome at increasing intensity when needed while being very careful about avoiding injury. Knowing that I am a runner, Lee didn't focus as much on cardio. Instead, he tackled my weaknesses by focusing on compound movements and core exercises since I'm a beginner in strength training. In short, he is not a cookie-cutter trainer. The warm up and stretch routines he taught me have been very helpful in maintaining healthy and happy joints (specially since I run frequently). Furthermore, he helped learn how to continue training on my own beyond our sessions, unlike other trainers who just want your money. I feel prepared to hit the gym on my own for a while, but I will definitely be coming back to Lee. He is very flexible with his time and will go out of his way to accommodate you. Always on time, always prepared, very organized, and overall a pleasant person to be around.

Kelly is great! She really cares about you as an individual and your goals. She's incredibly receptive to what you are looking for and how she can help you specifically. As someone who has always been involved with fitness/working out she understood my needs and listened to exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Luis as your personal trainer. I am a female who has worked out with him for over a year now. He promised me I wouldn't 'bulk' up, but rather slim down and get more toned. He was correct! I am down several sizes and still going. The personal one-on-one training is great and his positive attitude keeps me coming back for more!
Jared Hughes was my personal fitness trainer for 2 and 1/2 years. We worked together faithfully 3 times a week. Jared would assist me with the exercises that were a bit difficult for me. If I was able to complete the exercise myself he was there to spot me. He kept an eye on my posture and voiced corrections to make if necessary. He kept track of my progress on charts that came with the P90X program. During the workout sessions he would encourage and complement me. Jared was always on time and very polite and charming. He demonstrated professional behavior at all times even with his choice of music. I was able to fully concentrate on my form while he counted and knew what exercise was next on the list. Jared also has knowledge about nutrition, supplements and vitamins. Honestly my experience was top notch and something I really looked forward to. He has an upbeat positive personality. I would like to see Jared continue to succeed in all of his aspirations and dreams !
