AWESOME PERSONAL TRAINER!! I started working out with OJ in July 2016. I was kind of skeptical of a new personal trainer because of my bad experiences with other trainers, but OJ is very different. He wants to know your goals and definitely makes you put in the hard work to accomplish them. When I am scheduled to workout with OJ, that entire hour is totally focused on my health goals. He is very patient and encouraging and for once in my life, I don't dread working out. I actually enjoy the intensity of the work-outs and I have lost weight already. I am not where I want to be physically as of yet, but I have already seen improvements with my body and overall fitness level. What I do know is, if I stick with OJ, my goals will be accomplished in no time!! My advice for someone looking for a personal trainer, give OJ a try, you definitely won't regret it!!

Really enojoyed having EJ as my personal trainer. I was able to see the results that I wanted right away. He's very flexible with scheduling workout times, affordable, personable, encouraging and was able to give me a workout plan when I couldn't make training sessions or was out of town. He's also the kind of trainer that if you have an issue with something you can talk to him and he'll make the adjustment. I would definitely recommend.

OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

I signed up on April 14, 2014. That was the worst mistake of my life. Don't sign up with this company or trainer. Emile has great marketing skills and will convince you to sign up. He gives you these false promises that I am going to check in on you. I am going to make sure we work together, but in reality He just wants your money. I am a nurse, so I strongly believe that professionalism and integrity is the most important attribute to a person and there business. This business does not have that attribute. I have been having questions about my contract, and no one answers the phone. I mean I called Emile's personal cell phone. He sent me to voice mail then sent me a text message. When I sent him a text message letting him know that I needed clarity, he did not respond. If someone was charging your credit card, don't you think they would call you and clarify and address your concerns? This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a trainer. Don't fall for their lies, go to a trainer that really cares for you and follows through with your concerns. I usually would NEVER leave a review, but I am so disgusted with their business practices that I do not want anyone else to fall victim to this mess. If you do decide to try them, Ask for a free workout, and that will definitely change your mind about joining. It's a small studio with too many people and virtually you all are doing the same thing but at different times. It's called circuit training but trust me you could do a boot camp that would be just as effective and cheaper. Also, if you don't have time to watch all the videos online about how to work out and everything else, then you are wasting your time, or better yet, buy the Insanity tape for a one-time fee, it's probably more effective too. Don't waste your time, your money, or energy with this place. I would recommend Dynamic Fitness in Long Beach. They have a great trainer that really cares about you and comes through with their promises and expectations. HORRIBLE PLACE!

I’ve worked with several personal trainers across the country since I travel for work but Josh is by far the best one!!! He is very knowledgeable and really helps you focus on the mind-muscle connection that’s need to have great results. I had shoulder surgery 4 years ago and have not been able to bounce back and strengthen it. Josh has experienced similar injuries and he’s helped me get stronger without feeling any pain. I’m almost stronger that I was before my surgery. He observes your form and gives feedback to help you lift in a safe way to avoid injuries. I’m looking forward to continuing our sessions. He’s also very goos at giving nutrition information which is something I’ve struggled with for years. I highly recommend him for whatever your fitness goals may be.

I highly recommend working with Emile at M2fitness Pros for anyone interested in making a change, bettering or maintaining their fitness, health and lifestyle. Emile has been in the business for a very long time, his dedication and knowledge is unmatched. I came to Emile with 3 goals in mind; Lose weight, Tone up and Recover my energy/motivation. He told me to give him 90 days and we would meet these goals. His price was very good in comparison to the other personal trainers and he seemed legit so I signed up. I will be coming up on my 90 days with just a couple more pounds to shed, very noticeably more toned and have way more energy than I have had in years. To go along with that I am eating better, sleeping better and am once again very active outside of work. 1 Body Strength and Conditioning is a well maintained indoor/outdoor gym managed and owned by one of the greatest personal trainers in Long Beach by FAR, OJ! Because of the Covid-19 outbreak, my girlfriend's (Jenny) and my main goals/concerns were to stay as safe as possible, to practice cleanliness, sanitation, and most importantly, social distance while having an awesome experience. He's made workouts interesting and enjoyable and often introduces new exercises and routines to break up the monotony of the everyday workout. The music in the gym has great energy, keeps you pumped during the workouts and gasses you up until the very sweaty end! 1 Body Strength and Conditioning and its trainers are diligent in keeping the environment positive, focused and overall CLEAN! Be prepared to walk into the gym with a temperature check, they don't mess around! It's great to know they stand by their word with their attention to Covid-19 requirements and precautions (and more!). They offer meal plan guidance, weight and body fat% assessments and integrate today's technology to help you reach the goals you set for yourself. Jenny and I have separate goals while working out which OJ takes into consideration. Often times OJ will make sure he incorporates exercises that will cater to my goals while he gives specific workouts catered to Jenny's goals all in the same workout session. Recently, OJ recently introduced me and Jenny to boxing, something we never considered introducing into a workout. I never knew hitting a heavy bag with boxing mits and gloves could be so gratifying and at the same time so tiring! It's something I've always wanted try, grateful for the opportunity to learn new skills. It's been an excellent, stress-free experience. This gym is definitely one we'll be going to for a long time! I highly recommend this gym if you're serious about reaching your health and fitness goals. Whatever you put into these workouts is what you're going to get out of it.
