I called and Frank came out and looked at the area. He came back and set traps. The next morning a rat was in the trap. He came and got rid of the rat and set another trap. Then next morning another rat was in the trap. I hope they will be all gone within the week. I have faith that Frank will get them all!

Jose arrived on-time to assess a suspected mice infestation in my kitchen. He pulled out the dishwasher and found nests behind the dishwasher and under the sink. He cleaned out the mess and placed traps. Accuracy Plus will be back in a few days to check on the traps. Frank and his team are amazing! I told him we needed help with our commercial space and he insisted on coming to look at the space to see our issue. He didn't try to overcharge or scare us with what could be. They stated what they saw, and a month later, after not finding anyone we were more comfortable with, Frank and his team came in to clean, sanitize, and set traps. They have been coming back every week to check in the traps and look for droppings. THANK YOU RAT SPECIALISTS. We couldn't be happier.

Frank and his crew was very efficient and professional. Frank explained how the process would work. He removed all fridges, stoves, dishwashers (movable) to check anything behind them, vacuumed and disinfected. That work gave me a relief. I am in the process of several weeks to observe the mouse traps, and he will be back to check on these and access the progress. It is not a pleasant work to deal with rodents, but they worked very professionally with smile.

We had a wonderful experience with Rene Holguin of Aesthetic Wildlife Control! We faced a rat problem in our apartment and were committed to a humane solution - capture and release. Rene was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to understand our situation, even pointing out that our “apple offering” to keep the rat away from other food was actually “baiting” him! When Rene came to set the trap, he used our apple slices as bait, creating a trail leading right to the trap. Sure enough, later that night, the rat took the bait! Rene then went above and beyond by releasing the rat just 100 yards away, explaining that a more distant relocation could put the rat in danger from unfamiliar rat populations. He left an apple and some almonds so he has food to eat while he gets adjusted to his new surroundings. He even sent us a video of the release! Rene’s service was exceptional. He’s personable, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable about handling wildlife. He didn’t just trap the rat; he also took the initiative to cover the holes in our laundry room, preventing future issues. And all this came at a very reasonable fee. We sincerely hope we won’t need his services again, but if we do, Rene Holguin will be our first call. He provided excellent follow-through and completely resolved our problem. We hired Shimon to stop the rat infestation at one of our rental properties. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and came out on a Sunday to inspect our duplex. He was prompt to give me a bid which included a two year guarantee and several follow ups the first year. Shimon patched up all the rat entrance holes, cleaned out the rate droppings and set several traps. He has been back to review his work as needed and all looks good at this point. I would highly recommend Shimon! He is very quick to respond and does excellent work. Also, his bid was a fair price!

I read many of Shimon’s reviews before hiring him as I’m always skeptical of hiring a new person. All of my skepticism was gone after seeing his workmanship and the results. We had rodents issues in the garage, crawling space, and attic. Shimon spent ALL DAY closing all the holes and making sure no rodents can come inside. After a couple of days, sure enough a couple of rats were caught in the traps, Shimon came right back and took care of it. He said it’s a ‘process’ to completely get rid of rodents and now I understand what he was saying from the beginning. He is so responsive, punctual and a hard worker. Rat Specialist gave me an amazing consultation today. My family has been stressing and losing sleep over having mice in our apartment and our onsite maintenance team failed to help us resolve the issue. Rat Specialist came in and immediately identified the problem areas in our home and gave clear and concise advice to rid our home of rodents. We were provided with a clear strategy on how to clean/disenfect the home after finding droppings, what traps/bait to utilize, and how to place them in effective areas. We feel so much more confident to take our home back and rid the space of mice. He did this consultation totally free of service but honestly it's worth paying for. Thanks so much! This company Protec was amazing and saved me a lot of money. I heard some scurrying in my attic for a few nights and thought I must have a critter up there. After looking at Yelp and some flyers I originally called a company called Rodent Control Inc who came and gave me an estimate. They charge me for the estimate $120 (Even though their websites said it was free they claim this is no longer valid due to COVID) and told me I needed to trap the rodent, seal all the areas, remove all my insulation from my attic, and decontaminate it. They quoted me over $5,000 for this service, not including replacing all my insulation which surely would have run thousands of dollars more. When I balked they offered me a cheaper option for around $3,500 which did not include the insulation removal or decontamination and would not come with any guarantee. The proof they showed me was one picture of a couple rodent droppings in my attic. I didn't see how this expense and removal of all my insulation could be necessary since I hadn't heard the critter there for long so I did some careful reading of reviews online and found that many companies charge thousands of dollars like this to deal with a mouse problem. Then I found this company on thumbtack and they quoted me the removal service for only $269. The technicians were very nice to deal with and they came by three times. After their first visit I no longer heard the scurrying and I knew they took care of the problem, but they came again to do extra repairs and then again to remove the traps and inspect everything. They charged me 40 more dollars because I needed a lot of extra repairs outside in my crawl spaces and roof area to seal out any chance of critters, but this was very reasonable and still far less expensive than the other companies. I'm so grateful that they were honest and reasonable. If I ever have another pest problem I will call them first!

We can’t recommend Aesthetic Rodent Services, Rene, and his entire team enough! After moving into our home, we discovered that the previous owners had hired a seemingly reputable service to handle rodent prevention. However, when we started hearing critters in our attic, we called that company, only to realize they lacked the expertise to solve our issue. Thankfully, we found Rene through Thumbtack, and it was a total game-changer. He and his team came out the same day—literally an hour after the first company left. Rene immediately got to work, climbing onto our roof within minutes to take photos and identify all the entry points. He thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces and devised a comprehensive plan to address the problem. We live in a duplex with a small child, so keeping our home critter-free and safe (including protecting electrical wiring) is a top priority. Additionally, we have tenants, and it’s critical for us to provide them with a secure living environment. Rene and his team have been phenomenal. Week after week, they’ve returned to monitor the traps, extract mice, and ensure our home is fully sealed. Their professionalism, communication, and timeliness have been unmatched. They’ve treated every step of this process with the utmost care and attention, giving us peace of mind. Stay Away! I hired Protec All Pest Specialists to address my rodent problems at home. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative with this company due to the unprofessional conduct and poor quality of work. From the very beginning - company's owner - William - used an unprofessional tone in conversations with me, raising his voice while we were discussing my project needs, dismissing my input with remarks like 'don’t teach me how to do my business, we have been in business for 17 years…' etc. The issues continued when it came to pricing and inspections. Contrary to what their profile advertised—a free inspection—I was informed over the phone that the inspection is not free. Additionally, they were unable to provide a fixed quote and instead offered a vague price range and I needed to send the photos of my project to get a fixed quote from them. They also requested an upfront payment of $295 after the first visit for their ‘rodent program’ while the program is supposed to include 3 visits to install and remove traps at the end. On the day of the second appointment - although the visit was scheduled for between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm, they did not arrive until 5:30 pm, well past the scheduled time and when it was already dark outside. Despite assuring me they would complete the job in an hour and a half, only half of the work was done by 9:00 pm, and they said they would need to come back another day to finish. When I inspected their partially completed work the next morning, I discovered that the wire mesh they had installed using glue was not secure and was pushed down and easily removed by a rodent which ended up going into my house’s crawling space. When I called and requested that they come back to fix the installation using proper nails, they said it would cost me more, claiming that screwing nails into concrete would take longer and therefore increase my cost. The most shocking part was when I called William to request that they come back and fix their poorly done work at no additional cost. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility as any reputable company would to ensure customer satisfaction, he accused me as if I actually removed the wire mesh myself which was both insulting and absurd. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, rude, accusatory behavior and subpar work. Stay away at all costs!

What a breath of fresh air! Rene is the utmost professional with a work ethic you rarely see any more. He was responsive from the start. Returning my initial call in 10 min or less. He was on time for inspection and on time for exclusion of rats.and he did the job two days after the inspection. I never dreamed that could happen! I’m so tired of having subpar workers come to do bad job which then requires me chasing the problem over and over without resolution and disrupting my life 10x more than was necessary. Rene made a plan. Took photos / video of rat infestation proof for my landlord ( who said her house did not have rats and sent her handyman to check and he said no evidence of rats. Twice he said this. Why? Because he is not a wildlife/rodent expert!) But Rene is THE expert. And he is the best.u will believe it the minute u talk with him. As is his very nice assistant. They did the whole roof attic sides of house covering all entry points and showing me the two main entry points. And they did it thoroughly in 2.5 hours! What was even more impressive was they walked me around property to show me the work ( because they did it correctly!!!) and they went through property twice to make sure no screws bolts sharp items were left behind to harm us. No one does that. Other workers leave all that stuff behind. (A roofer a few months ago threw ceramic tiles from roof to ground -they broke up in large and tiny pieces. My little dog got cut which required a 700$ vet visit. And it took me two weeks to clean up the mess they left behind. And they were rude). But Rene and assistant were stellar. Not only that but they spray painted the silver mesh used to seal off entry points white to blend in with the house. I did not expect that! Thank goodness for people like him. Having rats scratching and running through my walls to the point they woke me and my dogs up every night at 2am ,230am, 3 am 5 am. I haven't slept for 5 months. My dogs now have anxiety. Any noise they now jump and hide by me. That’s not normal. And I have lost my peace due to rats. Ive never experienced a rat problem like this before. Rene/ assistant were so great to work with. I wish I could hire them for all my house problems! It might cost a little more for hiring the best. The expert. But if u don’t u will pay more with subpar work from non-experts who don’t know what they are doing and will lie to u and then you end up chasing the problem paying more money in the end. Trust me in this. As a medical professional and business owner I highly recommend Rene and his team. I would stake my reputation on him. My rat infestation is resolved. He explained the process of coming out to make sure any trapped rats will b removed and said to call him if I hear or smell anything. My house smelled weird and I didn’t realize it was ftom rats. It’s been a nightmare and tonight my dogs and I will sleep. I wonder if rat airborne excrement could affect my dogs health because my dog has had so many problems scratching and biting at his body. But Tonight we are free! If uve never seen a rat infestation u don’t want to. I won’t post photos of them cuz it’s creepy. Rene should get a medal and be paid more for this work. And he should start a school to teach others how to b professional, how to do the work correctly and how to treat customers. U rarely get this kind of service in LA. I can’t tell u how happy I am I found Rene and team. They take pride in their work. U will be so glad u hired him too.
