I absolutely recommend using Dj Charlie as your Wedding MC/DJ. For Ceremony, Reception Lighting and special effects. He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I think the Dj is so important to a Wedding and Charlie added so much to our special day. He was such a First Class Professional guy. When we first met Dj Charlie he was professional and organized which inmediately made me interested in using him as our Dj, he was exactly what we asked for at our Wedding. So when it came time to start the planning process of our Wedding we contacted him many times and he was able to respond promptly. From Begining to end He was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better MC/DJ, so professional and yet seemed like a part of our family. Dj Charlie was fantastic. He was able to bring friends and family of all ages to the dancefloor He actually meets with you as a couple in advance to find out all about you and then ensures that everything in your Wedding on your Wedding day is just the way you want it. At the end of the night my guests were saying how great our dj was. We have referred all of our other friends to him who will be getting married in the near future. Megan was our dual florist & coordinator for our wedding yesterday & she was simply outstanding! The bouquets & floral arrangements were gorgeous & she realized my vision flawlessly. As far as coordinating went, she was on point! She definitely knows her stuff & was a huge help & resource for me, suggesting ideas & making sure we had all our bases covered. There were certainly things she brought up that we hadn't even thought of or considered & that was really helpful, especially when planning a wedding with a million little details to cover. On the night, everything ran so smoothly, we were on time, & the night just went off without a hitch. Megan definitely knows what she is doing & you will be in good hands with her. We are both so happy with her services & absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of an outstanding florist or event coordinator!
Marie was AMAZING as my day-of-coordinator at my wedding. I planned my wedding myself so I had been the point person for everything but she took the reins seamlessly on the day of so I could step back and enjoy the day. She's extremely knowledgeable regarding wedding etiquette and procedures and was indispensable to us.
BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.
Planning for a wedding is very hectic, and with that you usually deal with either excellent or unsavory vendors. Georgia, from Bellissimo's flowers, gets a perfect 10 in our book. From the speed of her online responses, to the highly personable service, to her suggestions and her helping out with the final bill, no one can beat it. I suggest Bellissimos 100% for any couple planning their wedding.
Esther helped us for our wedding in July 25th and she did a wonderful work. She made me the bride boutique even without the request. The flowers and the decoration are extremely pretty and I loved it so much. She really did a lot of wonderful works and helped us had a beautiful wedding. Having a wedding coordinator was the best idea ever! Friends have told me how stressful wedding planning was for them and I knew I didn’t want that! Hiring a coordinator is another expense— but Alicia saved us so much money as well. She connected us to vendors that were in our budget and knew how to translate my ideas for decorations, centerpieces and favors in a cost-effective way. A huge bonus to picking Alicia as our wedding planner was all the vendors she knew. Our DJ, caterer, florist, photo booth and linen rental were all her recommendations are we are so glad we chose them. Although we had never seen these vendors in action, Alicia has worked with them multiple times at other weddings and knew we could trust them with our special day. Another way Alicia saved me from stress was the way she handled all of the communication from the vendors. She worked directly with all of them so that on the day of the wedding no one was asking the bride any questions because Alicia knew what was going on and they had been communicating with her. I would definitely recommend Alicia as a wedding coordinator. She was great at communicating with me and responding quickly. When I undertake an important project I have never done before I enlist help— why would I approach planning a wedding any differently? I have never planned a wedding before, but Alicia brought so much experience to the table. She is the perfect guide to your wedding planning experience.
Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! Until I became the bride-to-be I hadn't put much thought into having a wedding coordinator. Luckily a friend of mine could see what stress I was about to be under and offered to get Selina Taylor in contact with me. I'm so glad she did! My fiance and I still wanted to be the "wedding planners" but I needed help bringing it all to that big day. My fiance ended up being deployed for more than half of the time we were engaged and having Selina to call on was a great stress reliever. I detest making phone calls and asking a million questions so Selina offered to do "the grunt work" for me. She listened to my ideas, took impeccable notes whenever I was unprepared for a meeting, and really understood what I wanted. She presented things to me in a way that was not overwhelming, which allowed me to feel comfortable about decisions I was making. Her contacts and suggestions of vendors were great and freed up time for other things. She became a point of contact for my mom and sister as well when I asked for their help with specific things. My biggest worry was how everything was going to come together the day of the wedding if I wasn't there to do it. Selina squashed that fear! When I showed up at the venue I was in awe of everything. It all looked better than I had imagined it. She helped me to pull all of my dreams and visions together and it looked perfect! Selina and I had a wonderful time together for those 8ish months. I am so grateful for everything she did and the friendship we have today
We had EventSpell decorate and manage everything for my bridal shower and they did a phenomenal job! I was blown away at how great the tables and centerpieces looked. The wall that was decorated was truly spectacular. It takes someone with a great sense of imagination and design to have transformed the area from an empty dull clubhouse into a Great Gatsby themed shower. I was awestruck by everything because it felt like I was stepping back into time. I could not have asked for a better shower and Ishita did a great job with everything! I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a party, wedding, shower, etc!
Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!
Let me preface by saying that I’m a first time bride that lives out of state with a 2 year old daughter. Jessica is absolutely amazing. I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without her and things only went smoothly because she was there to ease things along for my wedding. I remember one issue where the day of event coordinator (she came with the venue and there was no getting around it) was yelling at the DJ while I was getting my hair done and I just l looked at her and she said "I will take care of it". I literally didn't have to worry much, if at all, as she was right there with me every step of the way. I was also finishing college at the time so I already had a lot on my plate and I felt like she was guiding me through the whole process. I would definitely refer to anyone who needs an event planner/designer.
Pleazingly Tasteful catered my wedding, their service was spectacular!! I highly recommend their services, especially the grape tree. The most delicious grapes I've ever had. They were very professional, the food was well plated and tasty.
We hired Kristina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding - and WOW are we so glad that we did. She is awesome, very detail oriented, and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!! She contacted us ahead of time in order to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and how she could best help us out. She did everything from picking up wine, event set-up/take-down, and vendor coordination to ensure that our day went extremely smoothly and as planned. She knew our plan so well that she never even came up to us during the event to ask a question - she just worked behind the scenes to enable us to enjoy every minute of our big day.
