Latest Review: I've been going through cycles of setting up a gym schedule for myself and then failing to follow it. I've run through a few personal trainers in the past year or so, and can honestly say Dima changed the way I look at fitness. It was hard to motivate myself before, and I wasn't seeing improvement. Dima taught me about the whole fitness lifestyle, from plannjng my diet to getting the perfect form in a deadlift. I've seen more results in my 12 weeks with Dima than I did in a year at my old gym. And, going to the gym is fun for me now because of Dima's relentlessly positive, goal-oriented training style. Thank you, Dima, for giving me the personal training experience I always wanted.
