Ben is hands down the best trainer I've ever worked with. I've had trainers at every gym I've been a member of and saw some results, but always ended up hitting a plateau after a few months. My trainers would just say I must not be eating well enough or doing my exercises at home even though I was following our programs carefully. Ben's style is very different than trainers I've had in the past. He's extremely detail oriented with technique and knowledgeable about virtually everything related to fitness and nutrition. Every other trainer I've had insisted that I needed to see them almost every day for months or I won't get anywhere, so his honest desire to see me be successful on my own genuinely shocked me. I definitely recommend training with Ben, he clearly loves what he's doing and if you want to get in shape he'll show you (with facts) the shortest way to get there.
