I absolutely recommend using Dj Charlie as your Wedding MC/DJ. For Ceremony, Reception Lighting and special effects. He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I think the Dj is so important to a Wedding and Charlie added so much to our special day. He was such a First Class Professional guy. When we first met Dj Charlie he was professional and organized which inmediately made me interested in using him as our Dj, he was exactly what we asked for at our Wedding. So when it came time to start the planning process of our Wedding we contacted him many times and he was able to respond promptly. From Begining to end He was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better MC/DJ, so professional and yet seemed like a part of our family. Dj Charlie was fantastic. He was able to bring friends and family of all ages to the dancefloor He actually meets with you as a couple in advance to find out all about you and then ensures that everything in your Wedding on your Wedding day is just the way you want it. At the end of the night my guests were saying how great our dj was. We have referred all of our other friends to him who will be getting married in the near future. We can't say enough great things about our experience with Charlie Dj and Lighting. I highly recommend Dj Charlie to Anyone and Everyone looking for a GREAT MC and GREAT DJ. Thank You DJ Charlie!!! Megan was our dual florist & coordinator for our wedding yesterday & she was simply outstanding! The bouquets & floral arrangements were gorgeous & she realized my vision flawlessly. As far as coordinating went, she was on point! She definitely knows her stuff & was a huge help & resource for me, suggesting ideas & making sure we had all our bases covered. There were certainly things she brought up that we hadn't even thought of or considered & that was really helpful, especially when planning a wedding with a million little details to cover. On the night, everything ran so smoothly, we were on time, & the night just went off without a hitch. Megan definitely knows what she is doing & you will be in good hands with her. We are both so happy with her services & absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of an outstanding florist or event coordinator!

I found 3 Little Birds on Thumbtack and instantly fell in love with the way Jessica and Dustin communicated and worked with me and my fiancé! We hired them as day of wedding planners and got an initial meet &a greet, timeline meeting, wedding rehearsal and the day of. Here's what makes them 5 stars. Dustin is an absolute gem and has the creative view to help pull the wedding day together. He used bridesmaid bouquets as extra decor, reused ceremony flowers for the reception and helped with every detail including me asking him to move some things around when they didn't look exactly how I pictured them. He checked in throughout the night and was amazing! Jessica is everything you could ever want in a wedding planner and she is absolutely wonderful. Organized. Thorough. Great communication. But honestly the entire wedding day and night she kept asking me and my husband if needed anything. She bustled my dress for me, brought us appetizers and drinks and honestly made me feel like a princess. I had no worries the entire night! I highly recommend you have them stay to help clean up, it was a god send. Thank you Jessica and Dustin!!

Marie was AMAZING as my day-of-coordinator at my wedding. I planned my wedding myself so I had been the point person for everything but she took the reins seamlessly on the day of so I could step back and enjoy the day. She's extremely knowledgeable regarding wedding etiquette and procedures and was indispensable to us.

There are not enough words to thank Ricki! She came in and saved our day. We knew we needed a local wedding planner because we live out of state and arrived in California just two days before our wedding. Ricki had everything all planned and ready to go down to the last detail. She has a way of working with people as the neutral third party to make everything go smoothly so all venders are working together in a most congenial way. She worked with us, giving us the fairy tale wedding we imagined. On the day-of, she assisted with making sure everything was set up as we envisioned for this most special venue. I would highly recommend Ricki for the most accurate and attentive service. There is no way we could have done it without her!

Heidi did such an INCREDIBLE job as our wedding planner. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and had such amazing attention to detail from beginning to end. She helped us select a venue, narrow down our invitation selection, select and manage vendors, order the rentals we needed, obtain certain décor items, help with floral design, assembled and printed our place cards, created our timeline, helped with our menu selection and coordinated with our caterer, and ran the entire day from beginning to end. Her prior experience as a catering director really helped in our dealings with our caterer. I was able to relax and enjoy being a Bride rather than worrying about how things were getting done and if they would be done correctly. With Heidi you will have no concerns at all, as she double and triple checks everything. She is a true professional!

I was in search for a luxury wedding planner for a private estate for my wedding. I could never the perfect venue space without her help! The private estate that I am going to have my wedding is simply beautiful! I called a lot of local planners and spoke to a few on thumbtack to find the right place, but she was the only one to care genuinely about my needs and concerns and delivered QUICKLY. Now she is my wedding planner. She is very professional and extremely good at follow-through. She has a solid experience and great connections in the industry. I will recommend her to anyone who is planning an event. I will write more about her after my honeymoon! :)

BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

Let me preface by saying that I’m a first time bride that lives out of state with a 2 year old daughter. Thank you Honeysuckle Jade Events & Design for helping create my dream wedding!! There are a million decisions you will have to make during your wedding planning, some big and some small, but one of the best decisions I made was hiring a day of coordinator. I couldn't have been happier about working with Honeysuckle Jade. Tess was incredible! She went above and beyond, reaching out to me a few weeks before with reminders to keep me on track and providing me with tips and tricks that made the whole experience fun and stress-free! Tess really took the time to understand my vision and what was important to me on the big day, which made me confident that everything was under control. I was able to focus on really treasuring each moment (it goes by so fast) and enjoying time with family and friends. When there were a few little bumps in the road (and there always is) Tess was calm, cool, collected and a quick problem-solver. Thank you so much Tess. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Esther helped us for our wedding in July 25th and she did a wonderful work. She made me the bride boutique even without the request. The flowers and the decoration are extremely pretty and I loved it so much. She really did a lot of wonderful works and helped us had a beautiful wedding. Tami and Lauren were the coordinators for my wedding in October 2014. They were FANTASTIC! I can't say enough about how invaluable they were on this super important day. They truly made it a seamless experience and took an immense amount of pressure off me and my mom who was so nervous about things not coming together in time or going right on the day of the wedding. They went the extra mile for us when the didn't have to. Tami was especially experienced in getting us to consider so many details we hadn't even thought about because we were so overwhelmed and she made sure nothing was left unnoticed. It was these special touches that contributed to the overall unique experience of our wedding! Having been a wedding coordinator myself in the past, I know how critical it is to be organized and thorough. I really appreciated this about Tami and I love the calm, friendly nature of both her and Lauren. One aspect that truly stood out was their ability to personalize our wedding so it was a true reflection my husband and I. Put all this together with Lauren's incredible talent in creative decor concepts and I know they can make any event a huge success!

Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!

Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! Ingrid and Stacy have surpassed all expectations I had for wedding planning services. Initially I was very stressed to even be planning a wedding, however with their help they've put me at ease by going over many items I wouldn't have even thought of. They are always available when I have questions and go above and beyond by verifying contracts with all my vendors. The nice thing is they are also willing to work on custom peices like signs, center peices and even arrangement of flowers. Most other wedding planners dont have the time commitment and money saving ability to tackle do it yourself projects. This has allowed me to have things I would have never been able to afford like a paper flower wall for photos and candy station. When I priced these things through a 3rd party they were completely out of reach. Ingrid and Stacy are a great team and I recommend them to anyone planning any event big or small.

We hired Ginger as our Wedding Coordinator and were thrilled with the vast amount of experience, creativity and professionalism she brought to our whole wedding experience. Her many years of experience doing Visual Display & Merchandising at high-end department stores and event planning prepared her to produce an impressive yet affordable wedding. After our first discussion of my hopes for my wedding day, she came back with some of the same pictures of décor that I had-this showed me how effectively she had listened to my desires and was ready to implement them. She had an established rapport with the vendors which I valued so I could just enjoy my day while she handled all the logistics. Friends and family still mention how beautiful my wedding was and I give most of the credit to Ginger and her expertise!
