I've battled my weight for my entire life. I e had lots of trainers, however none of them have been as effective and successful in helping me along my journey as Vee has been. He truly cares about all of his clients, and helps them battle all of the hurdles that we face. He doesn't allow you to give you, not because he is a drill sergeant, but because he is motivational and supportive. If you are serious about finding the right trainer for you, you should absolutely look no further than Vee Wells. Truly a professional.
Justin isn't just another Gym Rat! He actually practices what he preaches! He not only works out with proper fundamentals he eats,diets, and lives his life the same way. He won't BS you about what it takes to look and feel great. He spends his sessions educating his clients and takes full advantage of the time he spends with you. He has a great sense of humor and the sessions always fly by so quick and relatively painlessly unless were down core exercise that day!!!
I have been training with Berto and Noreen for the last 2 months and I have to say they are the most humble and professional people I have worked with. Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Beyond the measurable results, Mike is a joy to be around. He is a true professional but we are able to laugh and enjoy ourselves during our training sessions. I regularly get texts from Mike checking in on how things are going and to remind me to eat more fruits and veggies!! He is genuinely invested in his clients' success above and beyond the workouts. Tim DiCroce is one of the best personal trainers with whom I have worked out. He is knowledgeable, personable, upbeat, encouraging and challenging. When we first started working out together, Tim listened to what I said my goals were, asked pertinent questions, and then delivered programs that showed results faster than I've had with other personal trainers. He made adjustments on the fly based on how I responded to a particular program. I never felt like I was getting “the program of the week” that all clients received. Tim also mixed exercises up more than other personal trainers so he kept things interesting as well. When I had a running injury, Tim adjusted the programs so I could continue to work out, and I believe the adjustments helped my recovery as well. I highly recommend Tim. If you show up and work out consistently, Tim will more than do his part so you can reach your goals.
I have achieved great results with Daria and have accomplished my goals of losing weight and toning my muscles. Daria demands/expects a lot from her clients and continues to push me during our workout sessions. She is very technical and works a lot of muscles that other trainers fail to address. She has also helped me better manage my nutrition and calorie intake. Her rates are very reasonable and she is very flexible with my changing schedules and conflicts. I would recommend Daria to anyone.
Jerome is one amazing coach. I'm usually reluctant to exercise or workout in any way. Jerome makes it fun to get up and get to the gym. He always has a great attitude and pushes you to do your very best. I highly recommend working with Jerome

I moved to Denver leaving a trainer in Chicago that was a personal friend. I respond best to a trainer relationship that is a mixture of professional and casual. Being an openly gay, overweight lumbering enigma, I was concerned that my highly inappropriate sense of humor would create an awkwardness between Chad and I (I just can't help half the crap I say especially under exercise induced duress). Since the first moment I met Chad, he has consistently treated me with dignity and respect, while rolling comfortably with my very unique (crass) sense of humor. Chad is a trainer for the people. I was skeptical since his prices were the lowest I could find and sometimes you "pay for what you get". I assure you, in the case of Obstacle Destruction (Chad Johnson), the product far surpasses the price.
I started working with Mark as an out-of-shape, overweight senior citizen. . Many personal trainers have a templet and expect their clients to fit their routine. Not Mark. Mark's professional approach began with a thorough assessment of my capabilities and limitations. From there he designed a series of exercises that built my body's core, cardio and muscles. He knew just how hard to push, always with humor and patience, and when to stop. He knows which machines to use and which ones to avoid. I left each session feeling both "worked out" and enlivened. His communication skills are excellent. I am still working with him and am increasingly more and more satisfied with the results.
Working with Jason as my personal trainer was an excellent experience. Jason is extremely professional, and conducts himself with the highest level of integrity. But overall, Jason is a caring and thoughtful person. He wants you to reach your goals and he knows that every person is unique. His knowledge of the human body and nutrition is deep and vast and he used this expertise to develop a program that helped me to move toward and reach my goals. Working with Jason helped me run my first marathon which at one point seemed unattainable to me. I have worked with several trainers, and coaches and overall Jason is the person I would recommend without reservation.
I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.
I've worked with a few personal trainers during my life and her professional manner as well as coaching style is just what we needed. I look forward to continuing to work with her, and despite the muscle soreness after our sessions gym time is one of the things I like forward to every week.
Josh is a terrific personal trainer. A lot of trainers and gyms lack that key word "personal," however that isn't Josh. He is focused, professional, dedicated and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. His commitment to you helping you reach your fitness and health goals doesn't end at the door. He is knowledgable, positive and motivating which helps you want to push yourself and give it your all. I highly recommend you meet with Josh and discuss your fitness goals and guarantee he will be upfront and honest with you on what it will take from you and him to reach those goals. If you put in the work and put your trust in Josh and his coaching you'll smash your health and fitness goals!
Ryan takes the time to understand what my objectives were for the training and tailored a program that was perfect for me. There are core exercises but he regularly mixes up the work-outs so they are not boring and overly repetitive. He is patient and understanding. I highly recommend him!
This guy is more than a personal trainer. He's a coach! Coaches get RESULTS. And that's what he does. He also cares about the person. When I have trained with him. It didn't just feel like a workout. It was a training session where my needs and wants where getting met. He has a great amount of knowledge in the fitness profession. But most importantly he has a BIG HEART. I strongly urge anyone with a goal and needs to feel heard to train with Donny.

I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer because I am an athlete by background, and I thought I knew enough about my body to train myself (or just participate in group fitness classes). You simply don't get the same results-- you easily plateau on your own and in group classes. I wanted to be my healthiest self, so I decided to work with a personal trainer. I chose to work with Tyler at Summit Fitness for many reasons: he has a Master's in Exercise Science and one of the most respected certifications in strength and conditioning. His style is motivating yet kind and empathetic. As a former 3-sport Division 1 athlete, I've worked with over 30 fitness trainers, and Tyler is the best I've had. My posture is better, my back pains are gone, and I'm feeling stronger and healthier than I have in years. Don't miss out on feeling your best!
Working with Tom is great. He really knows how to adapt and push you at a level that right for you. Some trainers seem to only have one mode and they apply that broadly to all of their clients. Tom really takes the time to get to know who you are, your background, and what your goals are, and sets up a plan accordingly. You get the feeling that he really does have your best interest at heart and that seeing progress is just as satisfying for him as it is for you.
First off I would like to tell you a little about myself. I've always struggled with my weight. If I was not eating everything in sight, I was starving myself out of guilt. At one point in my life I was under 100 pounds, 10 years later I was over 280. It seemed to me that I could only operate in the extremes. I was diagnosed with BED (Binge Eating Disorder), I was depressed, I was suicidal. It became so bad that I wouldn't leave my house and I was filled with anxiety. My family was worried, they attempted to get personal trainers to help me with my problem. From my experience, most personal trainers don't seem to want to actually help you. It's within their best interest to not actually get you fit, or healthy, or self sufficient: once that happens then you no longer need their services. It's similar to how the American Red Cross has no interest in solving wold hunger, otherwise what would they use to guilt trip people to donate money? I went through inordinate amounts of personal trainers, each making false promises and really only caring about my money. It was not until I encountered Steven, at Fitness On The Go, that I found what I was looking for: Integrity. Honesty. He actually cared about my overall well being both physical and mental. He came to my house and this solved my anxiety problem since I was more comfortable there. Through his workout plan and his unique training methods I was able to achieve a healthy weight of 225 (I'm 6'2"). I have never felt or looked so good in my life. I no longer suffer from BED, I'm no longer depressed or suicidal. My family constantly tells me how good I look. I would recommend Steven to anyone who is interested in not only getting in shape, but morphing their lifestyle to stay in shape. With his vast well of knowledge, his unlimited patience, and ability to convey what I needed to do, he accomplished what no one else could. Bj is very attentive to what his clients need and makes adjustments when necessary to fit your personal limitations. He has a very knowledgeable approach. When I first started with him I didn't know what to expect or where to start and Bj made it easy to set goals and make them manageable. I would definitely recommend him to other people in the future looking for an educated yet personable trainer for any type of fitness goals - no matter where you are starting from.
