Kim and her staff were fabulous. The food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. She was happy to include a few family recipes that turned out just as expected. Okay, the back story. Two hours before my nephews wedding that was at our house, I found out Kim had the date down for the next day. I looked at the original invoice and she was right, it was all my fault. Kim would have been within her rights to not take action. But, she was here within an hour with Chef Jesse and staff. Dinner was served a little later than planned but everyone agreed that the food was perfect and worth the wait. Kim works late most Saturday nights and then is up early on Sunday morning doing volunteer work for Aurora Warms the Night. This is the type of person I love doing business with! Thanks Kim, Chef Jesse, and crew!!

I am Jan Dunbar (Janice Romney Dunbar: Mrs. C.W. Dunbar) I've known Tom Letts in various capacities, particularly that of a friend as he has had an interesting career, crossing paths with our lives and with our interests. Tom is a Chef-At-Heart. Tom never heard the term, "Fast Food." without coming up with an alternative that was twice as nutritious, twice as interesting, and twice as much fun. Not many amateur chefs I know would pack up his favorite pot, favorite knives, and detour into organic food stores where his lively imagination could innovate a recipe to fit something fresh and exciting, promising to make it through his kitchen to come out surprising and delicious. At the same time, Tom is a patient innovator who can take something like a mushroom of unknown flavor, doing small maneuvers between sink and stove, coming up with something simmered and slow-savored to just the "different" kind of sauce. Tom is a fearless shopper, buying things that are unusual, sometimes exotic, sometimes experimental and handsome on the plate. and nothing is too much trouble. I've lived next door to Tom from time to time. The sounds and scents of Tom-in-the-kitchen are an experience of joy and excitement. You should try it!

Dustin provided exquisite dining for a group of 10 for 2 weeks aboard a luxury houseboat on Lake Powell, Arizona. Nancy is life changing. I am a type A, very particular (okay, demanding) lawyer who seeks out the best in everything. I have lived in NYC, DC, and Chicago tried personal chefs for weekly meal prep in every city. I also have tried all the high end meal delivery (fresh diet, LA-based sunfresh, diet to go, etc). I can say with 100 percent certainty that Nancy's meals are healthier and more tasty than anything I have tried. If I can't lose a few pounds and get healthy with her delicious food packed beautifully in my fridge, it is all on me. Because Nancy has made it so easy to eat beatiful and healthy meals every day. She uses intersting flavors, textures, and spices. This is no "chicken breast and brocoli" dinner. I can't thank her enough for her high level of service and better-than-restaurant quality of food. From our first contact, I knew we had found the right fit! Sara was exceptionally helpful developing a cost effective approach and Chef Sean prepared exceptionally tasty food which he served with a friendly smile. He arrived early and even helped with last minute decorations! Clark's Custom Catering provides that personal touch and level of service that you don't find with larger commercial institutions. And their culinary creations are wonderful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Chef Kerry came and did a private cooking lesson for 2 of us. He was happy to help with knife skills, which I specifically requested, and came prepared with handouts and meal ideas that would allow us to practice. The food we cooked was great and lasted us a whole week!

Lyndsey catered a brunch at my home for my mother's 60th birthday party. Everything was fabulous! The lox presentation looked great, she made a lovely, delicate spinach and egg white stratta and provided perfectly made mimosas and coffee station for the 50+ guests to share. I was very pleased with everything from set up to clean up.
