What is CPR training?

What is a boot camp class?

Fitness boot camps are a heart-pounding way to boost your fitness level. I have been training with Ryan three times a week, for the past three weeks, and for one hour. He is the best trainer I’ve ever had because he really focuses on my weaknesses, my form (to correct me on the proper form of the exercise), and what exercises work well for me even with injuries I received in the past. On top of that, I had a c-section a year (13 months ago to be exact), and I’m already seeing results! This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! First of all don’t get me started on the app. It is the worst one I have ever dealt with. I chose my personal trainer and got her schedule confirmed and they changed me around so many times trying to also put me with different trainers that I did not care for that it was just ridiculous. In four days I went back-and-forth with changes and app problems. In trying to get me to stay with them and not to refund my money which I paid $204 upfront, they again confirmed that the trainer I wanted had the schedule I preferred and needed based on my work schedule but that was not the case. As soon as I said I would give them another chance the drama of rescheduling and everything started again to where the trainer told me that she was confused and did not know what was going on. So that was not a good sign for me and after four days of the same thing I had enough! In those four days the owner or whoever the person is that answers the phone and text people was very rude and condescending to me and made me feel like I was the one who had created all the problems when it was her and her staff that had done so not me. That is not the way you treat customers especially new ones. I even let them know about the problems with the app and they care nothing about that. I have a new iPhone and have no Issues with any other apps so I put it back on them. I kept saying to them this should not be this hard. Meanwhile while I was waiting for my refund I found not only the best trainer ever but also he stayed to the schedule and I’ve already worked out twice. Do with this review what you want but trust me if I were you I would stay away from this group.
