I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this catering company!!! First, they are soooooo responsive and easy to work with. Heather worked out a wonderful plan for our party, even arranging carolers in costume, a heated tent and the most wonderful crew who took care of EVERTHING the day/night of. Really, really professional crew. Many guests commented on how well the caterers did. The food - magnificent. Mushrooms puffs -Amazing. Antipasto spread delicious and beautiful. Sirloin -perfection. Mashed potatoes - sinful. Desserts gorgeous and they added a very sweet touch to dessert that really touched me. Coffee was devine. Their clean up was spot on. A +++. Can’t wait to work with them again.

Nikki prepared her barbecue dinner for our party of 60 - we had the mango glazed chicken, pork station with cole slaw and onion jam, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and tossed salad. Everyone at the party raved about the dishes she prepared and asked for her contact information :-) - in fact they are still talking about it a week later. She made traditional dishes - but added her own elegant gourmet twists - that are delightfully delicious! Interactions with Nikki from start to finish were highly professional and organized. She is prompt and thorough to respond to any questions and she delivers as promised! This was a last minute request ( confirmed catering on the Wednesday before a Sunday event) and she handled it perfectly. She delivered the food on time and set everything up for us. There was more than plenty of everything for all of my guests and even enough for leftovers ( which we appreciated because it was all so delicious ). I highly recommend her if you are considering catering an event!

John knows food!And he aims to please. I recently used him to cater a wedding rehearsal dinner for 35 people. The bride's family was Polish, so I requested something special just for them. John made some delicious goulash and through a friend also added some pierogies. Grilled vegetables were yummy.It was all delicious and he brought plenty. Several people went back for more. You won't be disappointed!

It seems like everything that could go wrong with my event, did go wrong: The tables that were delivered were not the agreed upon size and the delivery/set up was late; it seemed to take forever to set up the food (event was to start at 11:30am and we didn't open the buffet until close to 12pm); I had to engage my staff to help set up (setting up extra tables, placing tablecloths, etc.); the catering staff did not wear the agreed upon attire (so glad I didn't mention it to my leadership); the tent, tables and chairs were not picked up right after the event (which is what was supposed to happen) but instead picked up the next day (late in the afternoon and not all at once) which caused a problem for me with my building's management... On the bright side, the food was DELICIOUS! and the catering staff was great! Tameka was responsive and tried to quickly remedy the problems but it was just not enough time to correct things. I would recommend giving yourself more time to set up, especially if it is a large event like mine (2+ hours at least).
