Steve, is a great trainer! I have had several trainers and Steve is the best! He knows what he is doing. He pushes me to do more and he cares too! I started training with him in June, My body fat was 31% and this month, four months later, my body fat is 23%. I definitely, without any hesitation, give Steve five stars and highly recommend him. And oh, I forgot to mention, I will be 70 years old soon!!
I have been training one-on-one with Shane for one year. He has gotten me into the best shape of my life. He is always prepared with exercises and pushes me to work hard, making the most of my time. I started working with Aaron for the same reasons most people workout - lose weight and be healthier. It quickly become more for me. I wanted to be stronger, leaner and fit. Aaron has helped me with my diet which made it possible to reach my goal weight in just months! Aaron caters workouts to each of his clients and their personal goals. I have NEVER done the same workout in the year I've been training with Aaron. He is very professional, flexible, and respects my busy schedule. The 30 minute sessions are ideal (and long enough...Believe me!) The results will speak for themselves. What started out as a "need to lose weight" mentality has grown into a desire to get fit. Aaron is very encouraging. He challenges me when needed and sets reasonable goals for me to aim for. I wouldn't be where I am today, physically or mentally, without Aaron.
Enhance FITNESS Coaching has been a wonderful experience for me. I enjoy the private studio and one on one personalized training. Kalynn has tailored my workouts to fit my specific needs and goals. Her approach is not only fitness based but overall health and well-being focused as well. I have found improvement in muscle tone, blood pressure, balance, endurance, flexibility and have lost inches and weight. During my sessions Kaylnn and I discuss my challenges and she offers suggestions for improvements. This has helped my entire family with meal planning, group exercise and even our sleeping habits have improved. I have learned how to improve my range of motion and use of food plans by Courtney Gaskill but due to her commitment to her new job as Fitness Training Manager, I have learned alot about myself through this process. In the last month, I have moved to Karl's team and I am continuing strength training until the end of my current contract.

For the past 6 months I have been training twice a week with Bryan from Gym on The Run. Never in my life have I enjoyed working out or going to the gym but Bryan has changed that for me. We do not train in a typical gym, time passes quickly and every session is different from the last. What I love about Bryan's training is that he's very knowledgeable and he does not use typical gym equipment. I was able to purchase the resistance bands we use in each session so that I can do additional workouts in the comfort of my home. In the past 6 months I feel more energized, my physical strength has improved and my body is more toned.
I'm 46 years old and was very out of shape and overweight. I worked with Scott in the past and got really good results, so I looked him up again and asked for his help. Scott sat down with me, went over my diet and my (non-existent) exercise regime and worked with me to redefine both. Three months later, I'm down 50 pounds! Nina has helped me reach a place I thought I would never see again. She pushes you to the point where you feel you can't do anymore, and then she shows you can, by not letting you quit and showing you her lovely smile which makes you want to do the best you can. She always let me know that she was there for me, by allowing me to call her with any question i had about training or eating habits. I don't Nina anymore but she stills care enough to want to know how i'm progress, which means so much to me. I did not just gain great results from Nina, I gained a friend. She very knowledgable about her job , if you want change your life. I highly recommend Nina Rocco!!!
Josh got me through my first Sparten Trifecta!! His knowledge of the training that I needed to be successful is amazing! My fiancé and I do his MMA workouts and my best friend and I do his balance, core and resistance training workouts twice a week. I also have him train my autistic son twice a month and will be increasing those as my son gets stronger. He is very easy to work with and does his best to design challenging and fun workouts so that the hour goes by very fast!!
What can I say about Amelia and the service she offers? She has a warm, friendly attitude combined with the knowledge to really challenge you. I did not think I could afford private professional training but I was really impressed with Amelia's rates. I had just left Axiom. She was just as comparable but without membership fees or high pressure sales people. The fact that she brings it all to your front door eliminated the biggest excuse to not being in better shape. I felt like the plan Amelia created for me was sincerely based on her listening to my personal goals and abilities. She is able to motivate and challenge without being overbearing. And her positivity is infectious and really got me to push myself.
