Excellent service. Michael's ability to accommodate my unorthodox work schedule really helped. He was able to get back to me the same day I dropped my computer off for repairs that he was able to recover my data I thought I lost. His rates were very fair and reasonable. He was also able to explain what went wrong and why and what he did to fix it. I would strongly recommend him for any future computer repairs.

I highly recommend Tom. He communicated me throughout the repair, his fee was very reasonable, and he finished the job as quickly he could. I wasn't sure my computer could be fixed but it's back to being fully functional! He fixed my mac for half the price that the mac "geniuses" wanted because they claimed that the water damage was beyond repair.

While Barry was very kind, he returned our computer in less than fully functional condition. The laptop I had repaired was a Lenovo touchscreen model that Barry said he was familiar with. However, when I went to pick it up, he couldn't explain why the new display wasn't working as a touch screen. He didn't have the tools or expertise to fix it completely, so we needed to send it to Lenovo. They completed the repair for free. While I don't fault Barry for not being able to do the more advanced portion of the repair, I would have appreciated more advice on how to resolve the issue. My boyfriend and I had to figure that out ourselves.

I don't know jack about computers, and was a little worried about running into the kind of scenario like when you take your car to the shop and they take advantage of your lack of knowledge and upcharge you. BUT, I ran the communication I was having with Striker Technologies through a whole bunch of very tech savvy friends, and they are all convinced he absolutely knows what he's talking about. I wish my repair had been cheaper, but I'm the dumbass that spilled a drink on my laptop, not him. The price couldn't be avoided. Throughout the repair Striker Technologies was extremely communicative and gave me constant, thorough, updates. I've also been assured that if any subsequent problems pop up related to that repair within the next year I can bring it back at no price.

Not having much knowledge about computers I went seeking professional help. It started off as simple lag that got worse. After reaching out to Mark Levine a representative of M&H. He seemed very confident he would be able to help me. Me not having much previpus experience with computers. Trusted him. I gave him a functional but slow computer. He held it for a couple of weeks offered solutions. After many back and forth and getting the run around. The hard drive failed (In his possession) he returned it not functional he also gave me excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't his responsibility or his fault. I now had a dead hard drive out 60$ and completely denied responsibility. After speaking to.other similar service companies I was able to surmise he was responsible after bringing this to his attention he agreed to replace the hard drive and rectify the situation his company (as "professionals) is responsible for. I received many excuses where he postponed the repair. To receive an aggressive and rude email backing out on his offer to rectify the situation. I am happy to send anyone interested copies of the emails exchanged this is not how companies do business taking advantage and manipulating consumers.
