Chad is a fantastic trainer. He was able to work with my wife and I to make sure that the workouts are in line with what both of us want to accomplish. The workouts are impactful and Chad makes it fun. He has helped us understand the difference between strength training and cardio workouts and the impact that it will have on our overall fitness. I would recommend giving Chad a try!
I have used Ken's training service for several years now. I started in one of his boot camps with the goal of general fitness. After the first few sessions my body had the realization that things were going to be changing . body resistance and aerobic training with small hand weights thrown in, I felt a full body work out. I quickly saw significant results for a firmer, fitter more energetic me. The boot camp setting, with different fitness levels, Ken is able to modify the work out to individual needs. He's very cognizant of correct form encouraging a better work out avoiding injury. I have also used his service in a small group and one on one sessions. In these situations he can better tailor the work out to individual needs and goals. No matter the level of fitness Ken is easy to work with and I am confident anyone can see results.
I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a great trainer! I have worked out with numerous trainers in the past. I found Sarah to be really well trained and thoughtful about the workout she builds. Better than any trainer I've had in the past, Sarah is careful to work you (hard) in ways that both avoid injury or work around a current injury (if you have one). Bonus - she'll write you workout routines for off days, if you wish!
After two ACL surgeries and the lifestyle of a college student, I was at a low point in my physical fitness and knew I needed a coach and a plan to commit to. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in recovering from the surgeries and pushed me past my initial goals. The metabolic testing he recommended helped me understand how my body utilizes nutrients during exercise and why his exercise prescription and nutrition planning needed to be followed. In under a month I can already see my body transforming, feel healthier, and my aerobic fitness has improved.
If you're looking for a professional trainer who will help you reach your goals with both diet and exercise, Brian is your man. I told him what I wanted to accomplish and he gave me a detailed, personalized meal plan and a personalized workout schedule as well, and they worked! And I love to workout with Brian because he really pushes me beyond what I might accomplish on my own. But he won't push me past anything I can't handle and if I'm having any trouble spots, he's sensitive to that and adjusts my workout. What I really like is that Brian is a competition bodybuilder and so he's not just telling me what I need to do for fitness, he's a walking example of what he is teaching. You don't have to aim for being a pro bodybuilder to work with Brian, but at least you can look at him and see that he really knows what it takes to be fit! I feel like I have my own personal coach I can call on any time with questions and he's always kind and gracious with answers.
Nick ROCKS. There's no other way to say it! :-). Not only does he really know what he's doing, he's fun and makes training sessions challenging and enjoyable! I've been struggling with my fitness and weight issues for three years. I feel like I've tried just about everything. After checking out James Hanton's website and the HitchFit website, I was intrigued by the amazing transformations that were highlighted. I was a little intimidated at first, not ever having weight trained with a personal trainer but James is so personable, that I felt at ease right away. The hour-long workouts that focus on different muscle groups each time, fly by because it's not just a good challenge but James also makes it fun. James created a special diet just for me that has made a substantial and immediate impact on my body fat and weight. He also provides excellent accountability. We're tracking body fat and weight often so that I will reach my goals in 12 to 16 weeks, and he has encouraged me every step of the way. My only regret is that I didn't start training with James sooner!
Before I used Eric's services and in-depth knowledge for my gains, I was your typical female who suffered with bloating and living with it, eating far too much protein and thinking I was being good and just overweight, unhappy and unhealthy without even knowing it! What do I mean? Well, I was going to the gym 4/5x's a week, eating salads and chicken and thinking this was enough to be super fit and healthy. Well I was wrong. He recommended lifestyle changes and supplements to help aid my path to a fitter, healthier lifestyle that I am now in control of and managing well given all the knowledge I gained from Eric. I can not stress enough how smart, knowledgeable Eric is about the human body, how he loves to share his knowledge and is SO passionate about helping you become the best version of you. I learnt more than I ever bargained for thanks to Eric.

Jill is the best at what she does. She inspired me, she believed in me and she was there for me no matter what. She pushed me to do things I never thought I could do and she did them right along side of me. She doesn't just talk the talk she walks the walk. She knows exactly everything about health and fitness to get you to be exactly who you want to be. I was the girl that had every excuse under the sun to not go to the gym or do any kind of exercise at all, but after I met Jill and started at Ideal You Fitness there was never a day I didn't want to be working out. In my 1st meeting with him, I was surprised to see someone who was interested in asking questions about me instead of showing packages and enrolling me for the fitness training. he has a very logical thought process, he understands the pain of 'being out of shape' and provides training in a very practical / custom training routine that helps motivate you to get up and work hard.
