Latest Review: If you're looking for a professional trainer who will help you reach your goals with both diet and exercise, Brian is your man. I told him what I wanted to accomplish and he gave me a detailed, personalized meal plan and a personalized workout schedule as well, and they worked! And I love to workout with Brian because he really pushes me beyond what I might accomplish on my own. But he won't push me past anything I can't handle and if I'm having any trouble spots, he's sensitive to that and adjusts my workout. What I really like is that Brian is a competition bodybuilder and so he's not just telling me what I need to do for fitness, he's a walking example of what he is teaching. You don't have to aim for being a pro bodybuilder to work with Brian, but at least you can look at him and see that he really knows what it takes to be fit! I feel like I have my own personal coach I can call on any time with questions and he's always kind and gracious with answers.
