Julie Edstrom is a great fitness trainer! She's no joke and is hardcore. I've only seen her three times (so far) but I lover her style of training. She's preparing me for the police academy and her military experience has really helped in that aspect. I would recommend her to anyone!
I have been training with Jesse for about a month and a half. I have lost 11 inches so far. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. I am 55 years old and was looking to lose some weight, but more importantly to build strength to meet the challenges I will be facing in the aging process. I had been told that you need to build this strength so that you are more agile and develop bone strength. I met Theresa, my fitness trainer, through my principal. Theresa began to do a small group boot camp with teachers. I was the oldest teacher and within a few weeks I was able to do many of the exercises that the younger teachers were doing. Each week is a new workout, still using some of the same exercises being repeated. My strength is fantastic and I have lost several inches in the 5 months, 2 x a week that I have been meeting with Theresa. She is so knowledgeable with health tips and the correct way to do the exercises that every week we have new questions and she knows the answers. Brad with Stone Strength Systems provides strength training for all levels of fitness in an organized, systematic fashion. He really focuses on proper technique and injury prevention, which unfortunately is not always the norm with other training programs I have encountered. He is personable and already within a month I have seen great improvements!
Christine is very helpful in getting me to keep pushing and not give up. She has great fitness routines! She always shows up a little early and makes sure I am comfortable with what we are doing. She pushes me the extra mile because she knows I can do it! Christine is great with making sure I have workouts lined up for the days she does not come over including when it is too snowed out to travel! Thank you and I can't wait to see the final result!
Before signing up for personal training sessions with Adam I participated in classes he taught at a local running/sports company. I enjoyed the classes then and saw how he gave personal attention to each person and modified their sessions based on their fitness level. I was one of those individuals. When I saw he was doing the personal training sessions I wanted to sign up because I knew he would push me to work out harder without making me feel bad because I am pretty uncoordinated. Kyle does a great job explaining the benefits of each stretch and strengthening exercise before he has you do it. He does these stretches etc. himself first so its easy to preform yourself . I would recommend Kyle Brunsmann to anyone needing to improve or regain a healthy level of fitness!
In my opinion, I like to believe that I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. However, I would never be able to say that without the help and effort that Matt Weiss provided me. Throughout my fitness journey, I have been extremely fortunate to be able to have a good friend that is just a phone call away when I need top notch advice and motivation. Matt has helped me manage specific exercises and diets (IIFYM) that I have used in order to get where I am today. I've also had the privilege of being able to workout with Matt at Golds Gym and can honestly say that I have never had a better coach in fitness training. What impresses me the most about Matt is how knowledgeable he is in every aspect of fitness. I've never met anyone in my life more passionate about helping others transform their lives just the way he did his own. Well at first when I was going to start I was intimidated and nervous cause this was my first trainer. Based on ruzens credentials I could tell she was highly qualified and physically fit. But after the first week I was so impressed and sore. The work outs were so intense but i pulled through some how. I think it's because she was so motivating, but not in an annoying way. She knew I could do it and kept pushing me to be my very best. There was always a new work out in a new and invigorating way. She truly inspired my healthy lifestyle to this day. Had she not relocated, I would still be with her. Highly knowledgeable and we'll trained are my memorable thoughts and completely encouraging.
I was pretty nervous about going to a Personal Trainer because this was my first time hiring a pro. I thought this guy was just plain great! Seth taught me how to take my intensity down a notch, and actually improve my strength as a result! Ha, who knew! Seth (my eighty 20 fitness trainer) is really skilled at teaching how to use bodyweight only to get strong as any gym rat...and I'm actually able to do my whole workout now, by myself, in my own home, with nothin' but a pull-up bar and 30 minutes time. Of course, I'm sticking with eighty/20 for the rest of my training lifetime! I highly recommend this company and their lead trainer...Seth.
Garmenn is fantastic! Being a mom with a full time job I rarely get time to myself. I started training with Garmenn with no goal besides getting some "me" time in. Having trained with trainers before I was nervous, for I was often pushed to just max out and lift heavy weights only. Or, even worst, constantly pestered with eating right when I wasn't even looking to lose weight. Garmenn was different, he listened to what I wanted and what I liked to do in the gym. He completely changed my body! It never gets boring, he always switches up the training from HIIT to lifting heavy weights, and even asks if I have any special requests. All I have ever wanted was to feel great, be healthy and gain some confidence along the way. I've always been a big runner and working with Garmenn has even helped me shave over a minute off my mile time! My best advise to anyone thinking about training would be to stop thinking about it, pick up the phone and schedule your first session today! What do you have to lose?! And you will make a friend along the way!
