My technician was great. The reason for the poor review is the way they do their pricing. Rather than charging based on the actual work needed, they use preset pricing. I needed to connect water lines to a water softner. Since my home was already plumbed for a softner, just needed 2 PEX fittings and 2 flex lines installed. $100 in parts and less than an hour of labor. Knowing that plumbers are expensive, I was expecting a price in the neighborhood of $300 to $400. Was told it would be $926. When I questioned the high price I was told that is what the company charges for a water softner installation. That would be great if my house wasn't plumbed for a softner and they needed to tap into the plumbing and actually run water lines. Company claims they have upfront pricing, however they don't tell you the pricing unless you pay $69 to have them come to your house. This would have been fine if the price was base on what needed done, but since the price was a preset "water softner installation" charge, they could have just told me that upfront before coming out. In the end I paid for the service call and declined the work. Made quick trip to the plumbing supply store and spent a half hour of my time and did the job myself saving $800.

Washer died. Discovered inside of washer shut off valve was corroded out, so weren't able to stop water coming out. Had to shut off water to whole house overnight. Called Pristine Plumbing in the morning, they were here within a couple hours. Swapped out valves quickly and efficiently while being professional, and personable. UPDATE 3/25/2025 - Boosted to 3 stars for customer service. I would like to thank Cori from Vegas Built for reaching out to me concerning my review. She was very professional, apologized for my dissatisfaction with the service I received and a refund was issued. Thanks again. Called them because my tub was fill with water while showering and draining slow. The tech they sent out was here for approximately 15 minutes. He lied and told me that he got the water to drain out faster. I turned the water on in front of him and it filled up and drained slow. This was after he charged me $150. I said he didn’t clear anything to which he responded “i will see if they can take something off the price” they did not. He then proceeded to tell me that there was a blockage and they would send me a quote for them to repair the “broken pipe” I received a $4200 quote the next day. Now im annoyed that he lied and im out of $150 and my tub is still not draining and i now have a $4200 repair (not including the other contractors i would have to hire to replace the flooring and cabinets). Today, called another plumbing company. They were here for 20 minutes. Guess what? they snaked the same tub and cleared the drain and now it works. It makes me feel like the tech Vegas Built sent was lazy and just didn’t want to do it, nor knew what he was doing.
