I had anterior and posterior cervical surgery two years ago and unfortunately I continued to have spasticity and balance issues.I was going to Physical Therapy regularly and not making a lot of progress. Nadia was recommended to me and she started to work with me twice a week doing yoga and exercising in the pool.I am gaining strength in my legs and my balance has improved.Nadia is so positive and encouraging and I am so happy that she is working with me.
The group was "surprised" with yoga by their boss for their offsite. I heard that Anna handled the situation like a pro and the Team ended up have an absolutely amazing/fun time. Thank you, Anna!

She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.
This yoga instructor, Paul, is my favorite instructor I have had. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years with multiple teachers and Paul is my favorite. He has a real understanding of the material and the poses. He makes sure you are comfortable and not 'overdoing it' as many of us have been known to do while practicing yoga. He is hands on in order to help one with the poses, but he always asks for permission to be so, even with someone who has been a student of his for a few years, as I have. Every session he makes sure everyone is comfortable. His own comfort with the material is easy to see and this confidence helps his students feel comfortable with everything we are doing. I have done a few one on one classes and they have been Great! I give my highest recommendations to this yoga instructor!
Yoga by Christine has been a life changing experience...she is so knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. She caters to the needs of the students and all types of comfort levels, since I'm a beginner that was very important to me. After a session with Christine I feel so relaxed an zen.

Taylor is the best! I've been doing yoga for years and have had many different teachers but I really connected with Taylor's style. Rooted in a deep holistic knowledge of the body, Taylor's classes are well designed to address specific points of pain or injury. She also does a wonderful job at making you feel at home, without judgement or pressure. Just the right amount of movement, stretch and rest.
Danny is incredibly knowledgable about the physical postures as well as philosophy of yoga. He created a safe space for me to practice, release, be myself, and breathe.

Karina is a one of a kind yoga instructor who is also incredibly kind, gracious and patient. She is very communicative, professional, always good with coordinating events and over delivers on all of my expectations. I work with her for the retreats I organize, and she is an endless source of energy and inspiration. My private yoga session with Linda lived up to my expectations and then some. She arrived right on time, made me feel comfortable (even though she was in my apartment), and took time to understand my fitness/yoga level so the practice was challenging but not so outside of my comfort zone that I was uncomfortable. This was my first time using thumbtack and it worked out great! Looking forward to having another session with Linda in the future.
Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
Mackenzie was outstanding. This was my furst ecperience with yoga abd i am a 68 year old man. She was very patient snd understanding while at the same time coached me into doing those yoga positions that would help me in the areas where I needed it the most. She was wonderful
Hope came the morning of my cousin’s wedding and did some relaxing yoga with a small group of us. She even gave us some breathing techniques to remember throughout the day. She was so professional and punctual and worked with us in a small Manhattan hotel room! She helped us to relax and bond and my cousin felt great afterward! Love Hope!

He is a very patient, attentive and encouraging teacher, and I know he is very popular with his students. He is particularly skilled at modifying and personalizing his one-on-one classes, and I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing an injury, or who has specific needs.
