What is a boot camp class?

Fitness boot camps are a heart-pounding way to boost your fitness level. When you purchase a package of classes, typically the more you buy at one time, the cheaper each class is. For most people exercising can be quite difficult while trying to juggle work, family and home. I have yet to meet a trainer who has as much patience as he does and thoroughly explains the workout routine by demonstration and amazingly he started working with me at my fitness level and continuously sets a individualized plan and pace suitable to my needs! Overall I have had an awesome experience and I look forward to working out with him even on the worst day!
