EXCELLENT!!! Jonas is the best personal trainer I've ever seen. I've actually been trained by him for 4 months. Why I just comment now is I believe that data and experience is more convincing. I've lost 18 lbs during these four months, more important is my body fat started at 17% to 6.7% ! I can't believe myself! But it's true! Additionally, Jonas is more than a professional trainer but a kindhearted, patient, humorous friend! I highly recommend him and F.A.M.E fitness! You will never regret your choice! Hopefully my poor English didn't make any misunderstanding (at least Jonas can bear my English, lol)
Phil is awesome. I hired him my personal trainer to learn how work out. As a 27 year old office professional, I was never involved with sports as a kid, and didn't know how to work out or what to do. Phil was great helping me to build a routine, and the in-home personal training sessions showed immediate results. Phil is punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on both exercise and good eating habits. It was just the encouragement I needed!
I was nervous about getting a personal trainer didn't know what to expect but I am so happy I did and went with her she gives me that push I need and is very understanding if you need a trainer definitely pick her !

I have worked with Andre for about a month now. In the short period of time I've worked with him, I'm already seeing amazing results. Andre is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. He knows when to encourage and when to push, though never too much. I've benefited greatly from his extensive knowledge in exercise and nutrition. Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Chris was my personal trainer for a few months when I decided to start working out again. Chris was always professional, helpful, and fun to be around! Chris's enthusiasm for a healthy life and encouragement really kept me on track to reach my goals. I would definitely recommend him as a trainer!

By the end of the thirty minutes, I get a total body workout including cardio and toning exercises. I look forward to each MRT session. I have never gotten bored with this program. I am stronger now than I have ever been. I feel good every day and have tons of energy. I could not be where I am today without Alex and his MRT sessions. Another plus about the MRT Program is that I have never gotten injured. Alex knows my capabilities and modifies exercises to fit my capabilities and limitations. I have gotten injured working out with other personal trainers. I had to stop working out for periods of time because of the injuries. That has never happened with Alex. I had the pleasure of working with Tav in both group and one and one sessions. He is both experienced & committed to helping reach and exceed all possible fitness goals. I started with Tav training once a week, as part of a group class, and really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into each class. Every week was different, from circuit training to hiit intervals, weights and much more. I was also able to have personal one-on-one session as well! They were equally challenging yet somehow fun and a good variety of exercises. He is supportive and encourages you in a positive way to help achieve all goals that were set. Working with Tav, my fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts with him. Most Importantly: He alway made sure that my technique was correct to avoid any injuries and provided tips and ideas on how to continue to challenge myself. He is reliable and is always ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned out for that session. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tav as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. He is one of the best!
Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.
I have been working with Jacque for over a year. I have worked with many other trainers over many years but she is definitely the best ever. She knows her anatomy and physiology as thoroughly as anyone could. Consequently she has been able to quickly solve any problem I ever had since she has such a complete understanding of what’s going on. She has always designed sessions which strenghtened my physical weaknesses without ever causing harm. She always said that what came first for her is safety. She often refuses to allow me to add weights or push myself past levels she thought I wasn’t ready for. Invariably she is right. And sessions are always fun and well balanced. It’s been so exciting to watch my strength and levels of fitness grow beyond my expectations—particularly at my age (75) She is excellent with clients who are reasonably fit and strong—but also with the way out of shape people who need rehabilitation on a large scale. I believe that her knowledge of physiology, understanding of how to safely achieve maximal progress coupled w. Her personal skills make her an exceptionally fine trainer. I feel lucky to have found her.

I worked out with Dave Stetler for about 5 yrs. I suffer from serious neck & lower back osteoarthritis; hiring Dave as my personal trainer was my way of trying to stay active. He developed programs to challenge me yet remained aware of my limitations. Sessions were varied, never boring. He makes exercising fun!
Beth is not only an excellent personal trainer, but also a wonderful person. Her workouts are challenging and always changing so you never get bored. Jonathan is a certified personal trainer who has been very dedicated to all his clients. He is very knowledgable about personal training techniques, and even created his own suspension equipment and exercises. Very important, he is a honest and genuinely great human being.
Jon is a great motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has in depth knowledge of kinesiology that gives him a real edge over other trainers. He knows exactly which exercises focus on which muscle groups and how much a particular muscle group can be pushed for each individual to avoid injury. In my experiences with Jon he has always been a focused professional while still building a personal relationship with me that has been motivational and encouraging. He has also given me some excellent nutritional tips. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to get serious about an effective training program.
