Lisa Newman says, "After a knucklehead ran over our outdoor HVAC unit, we needed a full replacement-plus a new furnace to match the updated system. Brandon from Angle Heating & Cooling came out right away, walked us through the different systems. We decided on a Carrier unit. When installation day came, Brandon was right there with the installer, making sure we understood the process and everything was done properly. My husband and I couldnt be happier. Brandon and the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. We recommend Brandon and Angel Heating & Cooling company for HVAC and Furnace service."See more

Rey is a knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained how my boiler system worked, so I would be comfortable with the components once he was gone. He got my boiler working properly and was a delight to work with. I recommend him to anyone looking to have their heating serviced.

CUSTOM HOME IMPROVEMENT, acting without prejudice.

Morad was very thorough in examining the issue with my boiler. He arrived on time and explained the issue step by step for me to be informed of my current and future needs. I now have a working boiler and feel safe with the repairs he made. Well worth the rate and cost of repairs. Very professional and knowledgeable.

From Dennis C.

ep210 Heating & Cooling

He's a master tradesman who knows older a newer model boilers. My older model gravity fed gas boiler needed an external shut off and a heat shield which he fabricated to fit perfectly. His expertise is very evident and I am confident he can handle a job of any complexity.

From Gabe C.

T&E Air Heating and Cooling

Efficient and hard working duo fixed my radiators and boiler in time for the cold winter. I highly recommend Univers Air.

From Michael S.

ep210 Heating & Cooling

Rey was hired to service a boiler in a rental unit. I thought I just needed a cleaning and the radiators bled but he found deficiencies in the boiler systems and fixed them. The clogged chimney flue could have caused carbon monoxide to be released into the house. Potential dangerous situation discovered and avoided. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Boiler was cleaned, radiators were bled, the chimney flue was unclogged, and proper chimney clean out was installed. The heating system is working and up to code. His price is reasonable and performed in a timely manner. I will definitely hire him again for future jobs.

From Cecily B.

MMR General Contracting LLC

It was a great experience instead of routine maintenance we ended up having to replace the boiler which they were able to install the next day.

From Reth S.

AirLife Smart HVAC & Air Purification

I found Alex on Thumbtack after looking at his many great reviews. I message him on a Sunday and he responded immediately. He came by to look at my boiler the next day and recommended me to replace my boiler, after he saw that my boiler was from 1972. He was very transparent by saying that he can replace the pressure pump (my pressure pump was bad and not pushing water to the radiators in my back room) but being that the boiler is over 50 years old that replacing the boiler will make the most sense. Then I won’t have to worry about it for 15-20 years. He also recommended fixing the vent/repair chimney. Alex and his team were available to do the work two a days before Thanksgiving but I opted to have Alex and his team to start the Monday following Thanksgiving. The day of install, Alex and his team came by got the work done and cleaned up after themselves. They are very professional and the price is fair. I would recommend Alex’s Company and definitely use them again.

From Halik C.

BOSH Home Solutions

Josh was great in assessing what needed to be done to service our boiler and heating system. He was knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again and refer their services to others.

From Peter B.

Primus

Primus was amazing! He saved the day after I had a less than enjoyable interaction with a larger HVAC repair company. All they wanted to do is sell me a new boiler. He was at our house within several hours, realized that the previous HVAC company erroneously diagnosed the issue, and got out boiler running in 30 minutes. He is responsive, honest, and thorough in his work. I will use him in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

From Heather J.

Primus

He knows his stuff and his prices are reasonable. Within 5 minutes he figured out why my boiler stopped working and quickly fix the problem. I will be a repeat customer.

From Sara A.

AirLife Smart HVAC & Air Purification

Our 38-year-old boiler broke down at the start of a cold snap. We contacted AL Group HVAC and they were able to come same day to assess the problem. They were extremely transparent about our options and pricing, and we ultimately decided to replace the boiler with a new unit. They came in first thing the following morning to do the installation and got us our heat back within a matter of hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs and replacements and we will be using them again for our future HVAC needs.

From Umi H.

ep210 Heating & Cooling

Rey is excellent. He explained as he went so I understood the process, the pros and cons of replacing or fixing my boiler and how to think about maintenance going forward. He did great, efficient work. This is my guy going forward.

From Thumbtack Customer

East HVAC LLC

This guy took a piece off our gas valve that caused gas to leak out when the boiler was turned on, then told us we needed a gas valve replacement. For various reasons, I didn't trust the diagnosis, so another neighbor recommended pro came to look. He discovered there was a piece removed from the gas valve, sitting near the boiler, that was causing the valve to leak gas. When he reattached it, the problem was fixed. The boiler had stopped previously because it was too hot, and just needed a reset. I returned the valve I purchased and moved back into my home--we had to stay in a hotel for two nights for a problem that didn't exist. I can't speak on his intentions for sure, but it appears to new this person was trying to take advantage of the fact that a snowstorm is on the way and I have a family, to get me to pay for service I didn't need. Or maybe he just didn't know what he was doing.

From Chris B.

ep210 Heating & Cooling

Rey did a great job performing maintenance on my heating system (gas boiler and radiators) and diagnosing an issue that he quickly repaired. He is good at explaining what needs to be done and his rates are very reasonable. I will use him again for additional projects and recommend him.

From Joseph D.

Arctic Fox Heating and Cooling

Messaged them for an appointment and got a response right away. Service worker Johnny came out and he was very helpful and very honest. When it came time for installation for a new boiler the guys came on time and worked very hard and very professional. This company is a must hire and I will be reaching out to them for another property.

From Thumbtack Customer

BNK Plumbing & HVAC Services

I was incredibly impressed with Dean's expertise and professionalism during my boiler repair. He quickly identified a bad thermocouple and, through thorough diagnostics and thoughtful recommendations, saved me a significant amount of money by avoiding unnecessary, expensive repairs. He was very kind and friendly as well and I would highly recommend his services

From Binosh S.

ep210 Heating & Cooling

Rey was great. As a property owner its hard to find honest, reliable and knowledgeable contractors. I was very impressed with Rey's work and I used his service on multiple properties and was not disappointed. Got to root cause of the issue with the boilers and fixed it quickly. Will be using him for all my heating and cooling needs in the future. Thanks Rey.

From Enoch C.

Primus

I had a problem with my steam boiler and Dimitry was very helpful in resolving the issue. He responded quickly, arrived on-time, and meticulous in his work. He was transparent and gave advice on what to do and what not to do. He got it done quickly and was willing to follow-up even after the job. He was also very friendly and professional throughout. Thank you.
