My fiance and I went on thumbtack, looking for a personal chef to do our wedding. Of all the chefs who responded to us we were immediately impressed with how professional and thorough Tony was. Whereas others who contacted us simply gave us a price range based on our number of guests, Tony supplied us with some examples of menus from previous clients, but also assured us that what he would prepare for us would be specifically customized to meet our needs. He came to our home for an initial consultation, and we immediately hit it off. He was personable and professional. We discussed the menu as well as the logistics; including a tent, tables and chairs, dinnerware, and decorative flowers. We were relieved when he told us that he would take care of all of those things if we wanted, and he did, except for the flowers. (Although he did supply flowers for the tables and even offered to find someone to perform the ceremony) The affair was to be an intimate dinner with seventeen guests and we planned to have our wedding at home in the garden. We decided where the food would be prepared as well as the dining and serving tables. The menu we agreed upon was eclectic, with an international theme. It would consist of a five course dinner with a wine pairing with each course, and a cocktail hour before the first course. From the start, we loved how it sounded and we were eagerly anticipating seeing and tasting everything. Incidentally, he also made another trip to our home weeks later when we were having second thoughts about how to set everything up. The day of the wedding Tony and his staff arrived promptly. The rental tables, chairs and dinnerware had arrived the previous afternoon. After the ceremony and some photo taking was the cocktail hour. The hors d'oeuvres were all delicious and beautifully presented, and so were each of the five courses to follow. The staff was professional and courteous and their appearances were tasteful. The table settings were elegant, and exactly what we had wanted. The quality and freshness of the food was outstanding. The third course, grilled Pacific salmon and pan seared Chilean sea bass, drizzled with a strawberry citrus sauce was one of the most delicious dishes I ever had in my fife, and the salmon was grilled absolutely perfectly. If I had to find something less than desirable, I would say that there was one server who most guests agreed was not very friendly but she may have just been nervous. As for the food, there was an Australian grilled boneless leg of lamb which was a little overcooked for my wife and my tastes, but our guests had no complaints. However in all honesty, to find negative aspects of the entire experience I'm reaching somewhat, as the overall experience was simply amazing and all the things we loved about it far outweigh the aforementioned mild disappointments. It exceeded our already hopeful expectations. Furthermore, the price was definitely reasonable. When one of our guests inquired about the cost per plate (not including rentals) he was astounded that it did not cost much more. Finally, all of our guests raved about the day to no end and many of them said it was the most elegant wedding they had ever attended. I'm quite certain some of them will be contacting Tony for an event of their own.
Chef Anton was great. The food was delicious, it was delivered warm and on time, and he even set it up for us. Highly recommended.
I hired Chef Kim to cater my sister's baby shower of 60 people. She was able to work with my price range of $10/pp. As for the food, the Cesar salad was average.. Nothing spectacular .. Lettuce, parm cheese and croutons and dressing out of a bag... I think that was disappointing.. I would have preferred more homemade ingredients in the salad. Also on the the menu was a Dijon mustard pork loin, breaded chicken with tomato basil and mozzarella, a pasta with vegetables in a cream sauce, pesto potatoes, and mixed vegetables.The pasta, chicken, and potatoes were absolutely delicious... The main reason why she was rated 4 stars. The pork was somewhat fatty and a little undercooked to my liking even though we did place it in an oven before serving it. I would say it was a good experience and I would consider using Chef Kim again.
I give two thumbs up for Enjoi Catering! I made a last minute decision to throw an Anniversary Party For My In-laws and Enjoi Catering came through for me and I was able to concentrate on my guest list and decorations. I gave them my request and They handled everything else. I was even able to sample my menu. My Menu consisted of Lamb Chops, Asparagus, Lobster Maccaroni, Crab Cakes and Shrimp Salad. Everything was delicious. With the Holidays coming up I'll definitely be in touch with Enjoi Catering. 👍👍

John cooked for my 6th wedding anniversary. He Took his time to sit down with me to come up with a menu that me and my husband would enjoy. We started off simple with a salad where chef John used his homemade vinaigrette, the main course was a little more complex as he did lamb/ lobster surf and turf and very delicious and we even ended with dessert that was to die for! John cooked everything in our own kitchen which was amazing. Him and his team stayed throughout the whole meal and cleaned up everything I think our kitchen was cleaner than when they got there haha It was a great pleasure to have John and his team cook for us!
Donna/ Lazy Susan is an outstanding caterer/chef. She has catered several events for me from large cocktail parties, small dinner parties, to family gatherings. With each event, Donna has offered several interesting menus from which to pick. As a chef, she is flexible and willing to adjust her menus so that they fit your exact needs and wants. Donna is so pleasant to work with and extremely organized. But most importantly, her food is delicious. I never want her meals to end and at every party I have hosted, my friends and family fave about the food. Triple thumbs up for Lazy Susan!!
Sodiah and her team did a fantastic job catering our wedding! She was super easy to contact before the wedding and fulfilled our last minute requests! The food was absolutely perfect, as well as its presentation, and I had many guests complimenting the fantastic job they did! They were very organized that day and her team was always ready to help when you needed something! Overall everything turned out as perfect as can be!
Chef Stephanie and her staff were AMAZING. They were courteous, professional, and the food was out of this world. We booked her for a 4 hour in-home cocktail party with various butlered hors d'oeuvres. Her staff was attentive, cordial to our guests and friendly. Did I mention the food was delicious, because it was amazing. It was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I can't wait to book her again. You won't be disappointed.
Jim and his staff prepared and served the food for our 50 anniversary garden party. Jim prepared much of the food in our garden and every morsel he served was both usual and delicious. Jim listened to our suggestions and then improved on them with multiple tapas, a gigantic skillet of paella, homemade ice cream, and pastries. He had previously served our family a plated sit down dinner that was equally delicious. Jim is not one of those tense, temperamental chefs. He made both evenings seem effortless and his congenial personality even added to the festivities. When he left, the kitchen was immaculate.
Chef Yuri catered my wedding party of 90 people. Words cannot explain how pleased we were with her. How personable she is, her creativity and her food was impeccable; which my guests all enjoyed. Chef Yuri and her staff arrived on time, they were all perfessional and friendly. My husband and i would definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone!!
Chef Doug has cooked for me on several occasions. He has a wealth of food knowledge and experience. He is timely, tidy, and professional. Pictured below is a salad with pickled strawberries, grilled chicken, dandelion greens, Gorgonzola, strawberry vinegarette. The other is monkfish on rice with a side of sea beans and accented with lemon zest.

Kim catered a golf tournament for 100 people. The meal was for dinner and she came on site and cooked everything fresh that afternoon. The menu selection was custom to our wants and budget and was phenomenal! Everyone was raving about the food and ambiance for a golf tournament. She went that extra mile to really make it special. Definitely booking her for next year.
Chef has just left our house and we haven't stopped talking about what a wonderful night it was! He was fun and engaging and he made us a dang great dinner! The lesson participation can be as much or as little as you are comfortable with. He worked so hard on creating the right menu for us and he delivered. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome experience and a night to remember!
