Latest Review: My daughter did all the research to find a personal trainer and she chose Anja. With Christmas looming, I was not anxious to start working out, and I didn't. But after the holidays I asked Anja if I could work out twice a week. I have had physical therapy in the past for injuries and surgery (bi-lateral knee replacement), and I did not like it. But I wanted to feel stronger, be more agile and look better, so I bit the bullet. Anja makes me sweat! I am amazed at my improvements and definitly feel the difference in my body. I have increased Anja to three times a week and am now seriously taking her nutritional advice to lose weight. It's all working. I still hate working out and sweating, but Anja gives me positive feedback and encouragement and I am getting results. You will too!!
