I knew nothing about music except that I loved listening to it since I can remember, Upon my retirement from education and at the encouragement of my 7 year old grandson who was taking guitar lessons, I also began guitar lessons with Eric. In the few months that I have been his student, Eric has demonstrated his superior knowledge of music, outstanding ability to teach using a variety of methods as well as much patience. I highly recommend Eric as a teacher to anyone wanting to learn about music and how to play guitar.

David Joel has helped me immensely improve in my ability to play the guitar. Before starting lessons with him I had over 6 years experience playing the guitar, including 2 years of beginner lessons. During that time I relied heavily on guitar tabs and what I could find on the internet. I came to David with decent technique but something was definitely lacking in my playing. David helped me figure out what I was missing and helped me get to a level of playing I never thought I could reach. It wasn't easy as he had me going back to the basics. I learned how to read sheet music, how to keep a better tempo, and the music theory behind it all. It has been about 2 years now with David and I am continually learning and improving. Overall my experience with David has been thoroughly enjoyable and I would recommend his services to anyone, whether they are new to the guitar or have been playing for years.

Buck has been giving lessons to my sons for years and we are very happy with him as a teacher. He is extremely knowledgeable in both bass and guitar. His knowledge of musical theory as well as a broad spectrum of types of music is also very impressive. He's always able to find something that my sons are interested in learning, and he is very patient with both young students as well as new students. I would highly recommend him to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.

I retired a few years ago and was looking for a new hobby and decided on learning to play the guitar. Daniel responded quickly to my request for information and I decided to take my first lesson with him. My first lesson was very informative and very comfortable as Daniel is very patient with new students. Daniel is a very talented musician and has the ability to work with those who have never picked or plucked a string before - like me. He makes playing the guitar fun and his teaching method is easy to understand especially when you're the proverbial "old dog" trying to learn a new trick. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone who is considering playing the guitar no matter if it's a child, teen, adult or senior.

Great teacher. I've only been going for a couple of weeks; "but so far, so good." Jason knows guitar and is patient and professional. He understands that I'm a 68 year old Jazz guitar player "wanna-be." I enjoy working and learning from him

My teenage son has been enjoying Danton's classical guitar teaching for the past two years. In this time, he has greatly matured in his playing skills and understanding of music theory. Danton challenges his students in creative and fun ways, making lessons a pleasure. He includes the student in selecting music, being sure to advance the student's skill level without overwhelm the student. He is professional, engaging, and friendly. Additionally, his ability to come to my home for lessons saves me time each week. Certainly, he is a very talented musician whom I eagerly recommend for all styles of piano or guitar instruction.

I had just started guitar and was clueless about how to begin learning as an adult. Max was a great teacher, offering advice on everything from how to tune the guitar to playing chord progressions. Before the lessons, Max asked me to send him some songs I wanted to learn; Max learned them and used them as a framework for the lessons, making the instruction practical and fun. Moreover, whenever a music theory concept came up, he explained it in an intuitive way, which I really appreciated. The environment was constructive and relaxed, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to guitar.

As a young guitarist, Ben was extremely patient with me in picking up new material. He took his time in ensuring my understanding of whatever we worked on. Ben allowed his lessons to be fun rather than all work, which was helpful for me as I was a younger student of his. With that being said he was excellent at pushing and encouraging me to get the most out of the experience. Ben was far and away the best instructor I ever worked with.

About

I am never comfortable with where I am in my trade. I have to be learning more about guitar to fully enjoy it, which means I will offer a very progressive and enjoyable learning experience.

About

I'm a very easy going guy. I've been playing for 18 years. I make sure my students understand the lesson and they're always welcome to call me whenever with any questions. I play acoustic and electric guitar, although I strongly recommend that for our new rock stars starting out, that they learn on an acoustic for a number of reasons. Most importantly, it builds your hands the strongest and that alone can make all the difference between becoming a guitar player or not. Sorry it's just the honest truth you need those Cali's that you'll start getting from hard work and practice. It's very important that you don't pick at them or tear them off. If you have both an acoustic and electric amp, there's nothing wrong with that at all and I'd be more then grateful to show you how they work, just as long as our lesson for that week are being practiced on the acoustic for the most part. I also write all my own songs like any singers/writers. I can show you how to lay out your lyrics and show you how to find melodies for the music you've arranged and I also have recording equipment so when and if you're ready and looking to start a band, solo project, or just want to cut a demo, I have everything you'll need to make it happen. I have a lot of connections with other great musicians in the area. We're a one stop shop and I hope to hear from you. You won't be disappointed and it's a great boost in your self of esteem. So give us a shot you won't be sorry. All the best, Kevin

I'm a teacher because I love teaching. I customize my curriculum for every student and often times research each student's musical taste. No two students will receive the same assignments because no two people are the same! Beginners will have to get through a few months of preparation but after that, we start working on what you want to work on.

About

My lessons are perfect for adults or children who are just starting. Learn to read music and basic theory. Acoustic or electric guitar are fine.
