Law is great, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer! I started training with him after my second child. I was feeling soft, deflated, and weak, low energy. I had never worked out before. Law was great at teaching and encouraging, and even pushing—but all without being intimidating. He helped me to feel empowered. And his methods definitely work! I saw results within a month of working out with him 1-2 a week.
This survey should be given at a later date. I just hired him today to start training in two days. I cannot answer these at this point.
I have nothing but positives to say about my experience thus far. Ethan performed an initial fitness assessment as the basis for a comprehensive fitness program which includes resistance, metabolic, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and HIRT (high intensity resistance training) based on my primary objectives for weight loss and improved body composition. He re-evaluates and changes up the circuits regularly to keep things challenging and the body guessing. Six months later, I am down 20 lbs and double-digits in inches. He is personable, knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough. He has been one of the best investments of time and money I have ever spent. If you follow his recommendations, you will see results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Jim is an absolute professional when it comes to physical training. Although I'm only three weeks into our program, the quality of training I've already received has led to tremendous gains in my physical stamina, strength, self-confidence and overall health. His expertise allow him to work with all levels regardless of where one might be upon starting, and his routines are diverse, effective, and above all fun. And while he's certainly in the business of putting your training at the top, his relaxed and generous manner make getting through workouts a pleasure. For those looking for a quick fix to their health, stick to your average diet books and ellipticals, but if you're ready for a transformative personal training fitness, Jim's the guy your looking for. When I first saw him I thought it was a kid but then he took his jacket off his arms said it all. He's been training me at least 3 times a week needed to look good for photo shoots. There's basics he's teaching and difficult workouts which not a lot of poeple can do. He's very On to the point when it comes to training me. He's taught me a lot of new exercises that I didn't even know exist. Helped me target ever part of the body. If your willing to work hard for what you payed you better becuase he will work you. In a good way which builds your character and help shape you to a good body type you've always wanted or want to get.
My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
My trainer, Lexi Cox, really motivated me to push myself and achieve my goals. She conducted our training sessions very professionally, but she was also very personable and easy to get a long with.

There are a lot of trainers in Murfreesboro, but they took their time to do EVERYTHING for me - The nutrition plans, body measurements, the training, and actually showed enthusiasm. Definintely recommend Dejan and Jackie!
Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trainer who knows how to train no matter your body type or level of experience.
In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients. I have been throughly satisfied with my decision to get fit and healthy under the guidance of Pilkerton training.

I have been exercising on and off for over 10 years and consistency has always been a challenge for me until last year when I started training with Hunter. I now work out with Hunter religiously three days a week and I am so happy with the results I have gotten. In addition to great workouts he has helped me so much with proper nutrition. I have learned how to make better Menu selections and not feel deprived thanks to Hunter. I can wear clothes now I haven’t been able to fit into since college it’s fantastic!
During my training sessions with Patrick, I have built the confidence and desire to move forward. Currently, I have made significant gains in preparation for my Army fitness test next month. The discussions on diet of removing questionable foot items, posture, flexibility and training regiments were well taken and by making a few changes, I noticed a few things: My flexibility, posture, endurance, strength and even my weight had improved. Patrick has continually kept my accountable in aiding me to mentally plan out my regiment and project the on-going result, which is to take care of my health. Mitch Kornberg has changed my life for the better. Thanks to just three hours a week of coaching from Mitch, I am stronger and more flexible at 51 than I was 30. I am leaner, too, having added muscle and decreased my body fat by 10 percent. I still have work to do, but I am proud of the improvements Mitch has helped me make.
