    Because I take all the time needed to get the job done at no extra charge. My checklist is extensive and simply takes time to complete -- this includes studying event logs for issues that are fixable and would otherwise implode on the client if they are not addressed. I leverage tools only used by the most knowledgeable troubleshooting experts (autoruns, procexp, procmon, etc.) because I have mastered these tools and understand how Windows works under the hood. I never use MalwareBytes and/or Ccleaner because these fall short of the mark requiring painstaking and expert manual intervention and they lull you and my competitors into a false sense of security they (think they) got the job done when they only scratch the surface of a much-needed extensive checkup. Helping and teaching people. Steering people away from purchasing a new PC or were quoted steep prices to fix their PCs. Helping people who innocently get lured into an unwanted program download that is rearing it's ugly head and causing them a lot of frustration. I enjoy communicating with people and mentoring them such that they both understand how they got into trouble and how to nearly permanently prevent it from happening again.

    I believe the customer should get an honest opinion, a fair price, and quality work. I have a varied computer background, starting in the early 1980's with an Atari 400. I have completed work in less time than usual but issues do arise, and I communicate those issues, in technical and non-technical terms. My favorite saying is when a customer tells me that they feel stupid, but my response is if I tried to do your job, I would feel the same way. I have supported Corporate users from the ceo, cio, to the workers on the phone, in offices, managers, etc. I treat Everyone with Due respect. Helping people in need of support, professional opinions with honor and integrity. The Biggest thing I like about my job is when the job is complete and the customer is very happy. I strive for 100% approval of all my work.

    Primarily, it's about being upfront about the repair job, the estimate being offered, and working with the highest integrity which will always bring back repeat business. Secondarily, my 30+ years of professional experience with Fortune 500, start-ups, small businesses, and residential computer owners has provided me a wealth of experience unmatched by competitive service providers. Actually, there are several things I like about computer servicing: 1. The challenges. Whether hardware, software, or network related, every new job presents a new challenge as technology continues to change. It's not unusual for me to spend six to eight hours on a fixed-price quote; Many times a customer issue becomes much more in depth that what was first reported, but I'm good with that because those customers always become a repeat customer later or they send me a new referral. 2. Building customer relationships. The majority of my business is based on returning customers who tell me I offer high quality work at a fair price. Also, I never charge for questions after the job is finished. 3. New Technology. Every year brings new computers and software technologies which are becoming more compact and sophisticated. Keeping up with the changes, both the new technology trends and tools, keeps me fresh and allows me to keep my repair fees very low.
