D&B came out within an hour of calling them and cleared a stubborn drain out. There was some water rundown to the apartment below as a result of the clean out (a negative, could be the way the drain was run in their defense). Price was reasonable. I called them again for a water heater that would not stay lit and gave them the model of the heater, and they informed me there was a recall in place and that I should call the manufacturer (2 year old water heater). Although I chose to replace the part myself on that job (since labor wasn't included), I wouldn't have known about the Rheem water heater issue without their expertise. Good quick responding company I'll be sure to use in the future!

We agreed a time, and Rezai let me know when he was on the way. He tackled the blocked drain and overflow problem and then fixed a couple of other little things he noticed. Meticulous clean up.
Given - arrival at short notice, late in day, quick work and effective solution at a very fair price I would highly recommend and use again.
