My AC unit didn’t blow cold air. Mr. Gerardo from True Comfort came and filled out 4 total pounds of freon and it is now up and running. Also he unclogged PVC pipes and the AC unit that caused it stopped running. It was very great value of service and Mr. Gerardo was professional and knowledgeable. 1 week after the service. My experience is positive. They came on time, check the system. In my case I needed more refrigerant. HVAC works great now. Their cost is very reasonable (lower than big companies who also always want to sale you a full system). Larry is definitely knowledgeable. I don't think they carry lots of spare parts in the van.

My A/C unit was not working for the last 3 days. Smart thermostat(ecobee) folks told me to call local HVAC person. Prior to that tried for 1 day troubleshooting on my own - twice shutdown and restart on my own but it was not fixed. Freddy responded within 10 minutes on time. Arrived punctually next day. Identified the issue in main board(code issue) plus filled freon as it was low on freon and charges were okay.

I had a great experience with the HVAC technician who came to fix my second-floor AC. He was punctual, professional, and excellent at communicating throughout the process. For example, if he had provided information about the brand of the capacitor he replaced, along with a receipt or a breakdown of costs, it would have been helpful for me as a new homeowner.
