His knowledge and guidance not only propelled me towards my fitness goals, but he was able to actually fix a nagging shoulder injury that had been nagging me for the past 5 years that even my PT couldn't remedy. Incredible fitness knowledge aside, Zach is a friendly guy that is always professional and punctual.

My trainer Keenan will meet me wherever I choose to work out but we prefer outside at the park because we can do more circuit type workouts involving different sets constantly going back and forth between working out each muscle. When I first started working with Keenan I had told him I wanted to get toned and not bulky. My trainer has stayed true to making my workout give me what I was asking and expecting to receive from each workout. Each workout is a little different than the last and and it works out a lot of everything rather than hitting just arms or legs super hard. Keenan is flexible with times and days and never runs late. Expect him always about 15 mins early actually! Also be ready to push yourself as hard as he does because once you start a set with him, it doesn't matter how tired you are, you will finish. If you have to cancel a session or anything last minute he is gracious as long as it is at least the day before when you let him know. I would recommend Keenan to anyone no matter what you are looking to get out of a trainer because he will personally make a routine strictly for you keeping in mind what you wanted to get long term from your workouts.
Greg is amazing. I've never found a trainer who was also your mental and spiritual coach. Greg has helped me face my fears, and pushed me to be the best me I can be. I never miss a session, and through his program, our conversations, his reminders, and encouragement towards my hard work: I am feeling like the hero again, the hero I believe I ignored for a long time. I couldn't be happier with my progress, and recommend him and his amazing facility to everyone I can.
I started personal training with David in January and have made more progress in the past few months than I have in years. I tore my ACL in 2015 and after surgery I never really got back into a consistent strength training routine until now. David has kept me motivated and made me realize that my old injury doesn’t have to be an excuse. The corrective exercises and mini progressions have given me a lot more confidence with how I move now. I haven’t been this active in some time now so it’s been a great experience overall getting back at it.

When I first met Daniel I had never done some of the movements that made up the workouts we were doing. He was great about taking the time to walk me through the fundamentals and coaching me through the entire process.
