Latest Review: I've been training with Percy for six months now, and it has been the best decision I've made for my body. I train a firm three hours a week, as opposed to wasting time at the gym in the past, if I even went. These workouts have been the key to shifting my natural desire for sugar to a desire for healthy food, which is the biggest factor in losing weight. I have toned considerably, gained muscle, and lost twelve pounds. The biggest physical difference however, is how many inches I've lost. The stress of a poor body image has mostly faded; I feel much more confident and my husband is really excited about how I've progressed. Percy is extremely personable, flexible with schedules, and considerate of the appointment time. I would challenge anyone to find a better deal. I commit to my three hours, and it really has paid off.
