I started back in Feb 2013 with Patty England. I was 40 lbs overweight, Size 12-14 and turning 50 in April. I had no history of exercise, no enthusiasm at all. I knew I had to do something and Patty was it. She put me on a strict diet of eating right and exercising 3 times a week. The weight came off steadily and the exercise became addictive. She taught me to eat healthy and exercise right. 9 months later, I am now a size 6 and feel better than I have in 20 years. She has motivated me and changed my life for the better. I ran in the Dirty Girl Mud Run 2013 for the first time. It was a fantastic feeling to know that all the training and weight loss made it possible. It has been a life changing time for me. I cannot thank Patty enough for helping me reach my goals. She truly is an inspiration.

We knew Tommy from another gym that we used to train at. I saw on Instagram that he was training clients at a private gym close to my house. He is very knowledgeable, he is great about accommodating physical limitations as far as finding alternate exercises, does meal plans, etc.

She is also a licensed nutritionist, so she always keeps track of my diet, & sends me ideas for nutritious meals. Honestly, had it not been for her help, I probably would have given up on my goal a long time ago. Understand that you will have to work hard though, because she will kick your butt! Lol! You get more than just a trainer with Heath; you get a life coach, someone who will give you all the tools to help you achieve your goals. He doesn't push you too hard, but hard enough to make you challenge yourself. He also has the knowledge and experience to help you work through injuries or problems spots. He truly cares about what he does and it shows in every training session. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their overall health & fitness.
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I hired them to develop a routine for our girls who wanted to perform at their school's talent show. In one week, they were able to train a bunch of 7 year old girls an awesome routine. they were awesome! the girls really enjoyed the practices and the dancing.
