Chris is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer. I have worked with a few different trainers and he is by far the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and all of his work outs are not only effective, but done correctly and safely. You will not feel underwhelmed with Obi! It will always be a serious workout. He will take you to wherever you want to go, you just have to bring in your best each and every day you train with him and the rest is just cake walk! It is training hard but if you want to get a personal trainer that is what you should go for. He is weirdly punctual too, he will tell you odd times for when he is coming like 7:48 but you can count on it because he makes it exactly at that time! (Still appalls me) Thanks Obi!

Seth is an excellent personal trainer. He introduces the new way of training muscles by creating a great combination of different reps and sets that stimulate muscles and eventually building up strength and lean muscles. He is also very responsive and always help me keep tracking how my diet goes. He gives me tons of valuable advises on having a keto diet (since I was interested in trying a keto diet). When I have a problem with my diet, instead of criticizing, he teaches me how to work around with the mistakes that I am making and try to get the best result. He would also post some workout for me to do myself if our schedules don't match, which is wonderful for someone like me that would like to be able to train by myself in the end. I strongly recommend Seth if you are looking for a professional personal trainer. This is even the first time that I've written a review on something cuz he is doing such a wonderful job and I think he deserves the 5-star rating.

Seth is a true professional. The gym he uses is clean and well-equipped. He knows his stuff and actually listens to your personal goals instead of cookie-cutter training sessions. One huge advantage to working with Seth is that he uses an app to track your workouts and assigns you workouts for the remaining days of the week. This is perfect for someone (like me) who isn’t looking for personal training 3x a week but would still like guidance on other days to stay on track. I get lazy left to my own devices, lol. This app can also track foods and Seth offers pointers for keeping your nutrition in line with your fitness regime. Highly recommend!

Stacy is a terrific personal trainer! I was having absolutely no luck with exercising and trying to eat healthier. (I couldn't cut back on food even if I tried). But she is wonderful during the training sessions and gives great advice on what to eat. I wish I would have decided on a fitness regime with her instead of corresponding through text message on my goals - because she gives the best workouts! I have tried other personal trainers over the years that are knowledgeable, but Stacy is by far the best - and she doesn't charge too much, either. I am still not done with my goal, but I wish I would have found Stacy sooner. I don't mind driving 35 minutes to her gym, because it's large with much equipment. She really helps me with my form and what to focus on. I will get to my goal of toning!!
