"John Cross is my father and my trainer. He has inspired me since I was a little kid to live life with outstanding health. He leads by example through both diet and exercise. I have to give him credit for all of my physical accomplishments, because the lessons he's taught me all my life about health have brought me to where I am today.
I am a Golden Gloves state champ runner up, a certified yoga instructor, I'm a wrestler and Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioner. and I have completed competitive runs, such as the "tough mudder".
He trains himself at the level of an athlete and he takes that same passion into his personal training.
Doing everything safely is his number one concern. He makes sure to strengthen your entire body for injury prevention. He has also helped me rehab martial art related injuries %100.
No matter what shape you are in now, he will help you reach your goals. I have seen him do it all. From weight loss to athletic training, you will find what you are looking for. I have watched him transform people's body's, health, and attitude for years now.
Despite all the gyms I have gone to growing up to be a fighter with my father as a personal trainer, I have never seen another trainer who is as passionate about it as he is. He truly wants to bring out the best in everyone around him. If you want results, he will help you reach them. If you need help with a diet or meal plan, he will help you. If you believe you can't lose the weight you want, or be in the shape you want, and you feel like you've tried everything, try working out with my dad. You will change your mind about exercise.
He's always studying new material and coming up with new, safe exercises, so every workout is a new experience. He gets into the workout with you, rather than giving you instructions like a drill sergeant. He always listens when you tell him something hurts and he will make adjustments on the spot to fit what your body is capable of that day.
If you want to make an investment in exercise, you can't go wrong with John Cross."
