Sanford is absolutely amazing! He is professional and dedicated and truly cares about his clients and their goals. He is very knowledgeable about exercise/training and the science behind working out. Always showing up on time and never missing a session, he encourages you throughout each workout and pushes you to your limits. I always leave his gym feeling great! He changes up routines, which is great for both your muscles and keeping the workouts interesting. He quickly learns about you as an individual and tailors workouts specific to your needs and likes. He doesn't only train you, but works out WITH you like a workout partner. This not only makes me feel like I can do it, it allows me to learn proper form for each exercise. I have been working out with Sanford for a couple of weeks now and I am already developing strength and definition, which is a goal of mine. You will not be disappointed giving Sanford a call! I was only able to work with Brian for a few weeks before having to take a break from training, but boy did I see changes in just that short amount of time! I was so nervous to start working with a PT but Brian made me feel very comfortable about the decision I made and proved very quickly that he can work with any body type. Awesome workouts! You don't get stuck doing the same routine each time. Very flexible scheduling to match your needs. One on one training to push you, but not break you. Focus on how to move correctly and not just throw weights. Highly recommend!

Angela is best and I saw the significant results after we started the training. We use to train 2 days a week from may of 2016 and I'm very disappointed that she has to move away to different place. She custom designed a meal plan and workout sets for me and that helped me a lot. Also, she is very good at motivation and pushing the thresholds to improve the endurance and agility training.
What I like about Brian is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Kelsey is an excellent trainer. She is always very flexible when I need to rearrange my training sessions. She gets back to me immediately. She is also always changing up my routines to keep it interesting and challenging.
I started training with Mattie a few weeks ago. Our sessions are about 1 hour and she also develops a cardio plan for me to complete each week. She has been doing a fantastic job providing a fitness routine for me while being in the first trimester of pregnancy. She is a knowledgeable personal trainer who is helping me achieve a healthy pregnancy. Not only has she made me feel comfortable but was a great person to talk to during our sessions. Erik is very knowledgeable, professional, motivational, and very responsive. His personalized training plan was easy to follow and I made noticeable gains in a short amount of time. Even with my various past injuries and shortcomings, he made a plan I could stick to and really get a lot out of. His nutrition plan - though it is a lot of meal prepping - complemented the training plan wonderfully. I was really worried about not being able to keep it up on my own afterward, but surprisingly have been able to keep losing weight and keep building muscle following a lot of what he started. He also gives great advice on supplements. If you're looking for a solid personal trainer, you won't be disappointed with Erik.
