I've never had a trainer before and didn't really know what to expect. All of the trainers are very personable. Even when I work out with my trainer, the other trainers give you a positive shout when you're doing well or need a posititive push on harder days. The workouts make me comfortable with all aspects of the gym and I always feel well informed about each exercise. If your trainer isn't available, there are plenty of opportunities to jump into another trainer's workout. I still haven't found a love for working out but the trainers at Serious about Fitness make it fun.
After two years of being a stay-at-home parent and not utilizing my gym membership, I sought out personal training. At the time I needed some motivation as it was too easy to "throw in the towel" at the end of the day and relax on the couch. I was unhappy with my body and feeling lethargic daily. Just one month into working with Jeremy I noticed my energy increasing and my partner constantly told me how much happier I seemed. Jeremy, the owner and trainer at NJoy Fitness, is the perfect blend of trainer and life-coach. I've renewed with him several times already and have no plans to quite working with him. In the past, I have had several attempts at personal training and this is BY FAR the BEST and most rewarding experience I have ever had. I am so happy with Jeremy that I have been talking about my experience with everyone I know. Jeremy is patient and supportive as well as absolutely knowledgeable. He is flexible with scheduling- which is a great bonus for my busy family life. He pushes you hard and also recognizes your limitations. Good form and proper technique are more important to him than breaking your body getting in three more reps. I cannot say enough good things about his methodology and energy. If you are on the fence about who to choose as a trainer...trust me, you will be glad you did!
I have been going to Super Fit for 9 years and find it's a great place to keep your body and mind feeling healthy and strong. At 57 I can still ski, mountain bike and hike with my adult kids, I know its because of Super Fit especially the squats and lunges.The small group environment with the personal trainers keeps you on your toes and makes it more affordable.
I have been training with George for 7 weeks! he is amazing, passionate, and dedicated to my personal fitness goals!!! I am turning 50 in 2 weeks. Tough. Thorough. Tailored. Coach Z's individualized training regiment was designed specifically for me and has, and is, paying off incredibly. I have trained with three other trainers before Z, one of which was for a body building competition. The shortcuts I took with that personal trainer have left long term negative affects on my body. Back, knee, and IT band injuries had left me frustrated, unmotivated, and overweight. What had worked before, did not work anymore. My girl friend found Z on Thumbtack and set up a meeting for me without my knowledge. I was initially resistant- but it didn't take long to let my guard down and trust in Z's guidance. In only a couple of months, my body and overall well being has improved greatly. Z's training helped by body work through injury and my body's imbalances - all the while helping me lose a lot of weight! Also, I am military and his training has helped me get back in shape to do my job. Z always goes above and beyond - even coordinating with me and my chiropractor and orthopedic specialist. Z is your man. Trust me.
I love Holly! Although sometimes I hate her. She is constantly pushing me to work at meeting my personal fitness goals. Holly never yells like a drill instructor, she uses positive feedback to motivate me to do one more rep or hold the stretch just a little longer. After 10 weeks I am feeling healthier and in better physical condition than I have in years.
Kanen is professional and supports your fitness goals by providing training required for indivudual body needs. He took two sessions to understand my flexibility and requiements. Overall positive experience and going forward with Kanen as my personal fitness trainer.
I've been going to Body Transformations for a little over a month now and I'm really happy with it. You can choose between group classes or one-on-one sessions to fit your schedule and budget. Anthony makes sure that your form is correct and that you're constantly being pushed so you get the most out of every workout. He also provides nutrition recommendations to complement what you're doing in the gym, and is happy to answer questions about it. Overall, I would highly recommend Anthony at Body Transformations to anyone looking for a personal trainer. The workouts are fun and even in just a month I can already tell I'm getting stronger!
I ended up meeting Mi as my personal trainer and I was exremely happy with the way he understood my goal and constantly working with me to help my goals. I have a lower back problem and cervical spine issues. So I was not so flexible in lifting weights and working out. Mi helped me in identifying my weak spots and teaching me different ways to build strength in those areas. I was able to do more and different workout than I used to do before. He is really a cool guy to work with and is serious about his clients. I strongly recommend him.
I've been working out with Melissa and absolutely love it! From the beginning, she's been prompt replying back to me and always text me back almost immediately. She knows her stuff regarding fitness, strength training, and fat loss. She also is very knowledgeable about arthritis and constantly checks in with me to insure no further injury to my knees. She's AMAZING!

Chelsea was a great personal trainer. She built me specific workouts that were geared directly towards what I told her my goals were. I wanted to build defined muscles in my upper body and after working with Chelsea I was able to accomplish this. I would definitely recommend for any type of personal or fitness training you are seeking! 5 stars!

Autum is a fantastic personal fitness trainer. She is very knowledgeable on fitness training, nutrition and wellness, and she tailored a program specifically for my situation and health goals. I quickly saw results and I met all my objectives. I enjoyed my training sessions with Autum, she is professional, positive, friendly and easy to work with, and she truly cares about her clients. Working with Marti is an absolute delight! Marti communicates very well, she is always on time, and she works around my schedule so well! Anything I need Marti made it work. Marti provides effective workouts and food plans to help me reach my specific goals. My eating and overall heath is the best it's been in years and I honestly couldn't see myself going back to my old routine of inconsistent or unhealthy eating. I couldn't skip a meal if I wanted to after applying the meal plan Marti crafted and learning how to listen to my body when it comes to food. I wish there were ten stars to give Marti but five will do. If you're looking for a fun, involved, kind, intentional trainer, who even loves to bust out your workouts with ya, Marti is the trainer for you. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Jamie was an amazing trainer! I loved the fact she had a home gym it was much more comfortable than going to a public gym. She was very flexible with scheduling. She is very nice and makes you feel like a friend but also pushes you and your fitness growth. She is awesome and highly recommended.
Maryliah is an amazing personal trainer. I have been working out with her for 6 months, and my body and mind are so much better for it! She is a great coach: encouraging, supportive, enthusiastic. She customizes workouts to meet my goals, makes accommodations if I have an injury, and makes it fun! She focuses a lot on good form, which is so important for weight lifting. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
Brandon was a tremendous trainer. He motivated my son to get up and do something. His training techniques and persistence created a mentality in my son that we could not produce at home. His prices were so low it urged ne to pay him more because the service we were getting was second to none. He has a way with his personality that creates a hungry environment to learn. Made my son excited to get up and go train. Don't pass him up. Good guy personally and a great trainer professionally.
Sheryl is by far the best personal trainer to work with if you want to achiever your health and fitness goals! I had a very intense, physical training coming up for work and Sheryl undoubtedly got me where I needed to be to prepare for this long term exercise. I had knee problems at the time and she expertly tailored our work outs to strengthen my knee without causing further damage. I know I would not have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I needed to be at without Sheryl's personal attention in our training sessions. She's the best!
