Latest Review: *Six sessions package review*
I have lived a sedentary lifestyle (too much computer!) for most of my adulthood (21-31) with minuscule to no training. I've been to the gym maybe a handful of times during that time? I decided to do something about it finally, and am glad I found Kendall.
He is a great teacher of technique, a "positivity"-driven motivator, and will be by your side to talk with you when you're out of breath and on the ground for 10 minutes! He creates lesson plans daily and then uploads them to a Google drive where you can look at them later. I say an area is sore, he pinpoints it and details the reason why it is. Also if it hurts too much, he cuts that exercise immediately. He is diligent about avoiding injury. Communication is great. I also had to postpone a session once, and we rescheduled, no problem!
After three sessions, I was fiddling with my computer chair settings that have been set for 2 years+. I didn't think much of it until after the sixth workout where I realized my posture had improved! It just felt super crisp and natural. It was quite a "eureka" moment for me that I need this in my life. And I can also (almost) touch my toes without bending my knees (with foam rolling and stretching on the side) which is great progress.
