I feel confident that I will continue to make progress until I hit my goal! Thanks to Matt (and some sweat on my part) I will be running circles around my twins in no time! One other quick note for you busy people out there (aren't we all?) - I truly appreciate that Matt is flexible and available to meet MY schedule. I am a mom, wife, and business owner. Most "schedules" don't work in my case. With Matt, I have options and he works with me to make sure that I get my workouts in. Happier me - thanks to Matt! Love Eddie. We've been working together for four months. I've lost a significant amount of weight and he's really help me get to a place where I look fit and toned. Always more to improve, but I feel great. He pushes me even when I tell him how much I hate him and don't want to work...he makes me work through it anyways. He's tough without being miserable to work with. Highly recommend!!
I never thought I would try Pilates but I am big fan after working with Keleigh. I do CrossFit 3-4 times a week, which is tough on my muscles and joints. My sessions with Keleigh help my body get back to normal and have helped me progress in my workouts. I've had lower back issues for years and I can honestly say my back has never felt better or stronger. She's great. I've sent a few of my friends her way.
The best trainer in Scottsdale, period. Dolores is an extraordinary trainer and fitness coach. I highly recommend the STARTUP program. Not only do you get a feel for Dolores' expertise and capabilities, she provides a comprehensive assessment of your physical strength, cardio-fitness, and flexibility. The assessment also serves as a benchmark to measure your results from Day 1. I saw quick gains in my strength, stamina, flexibility and more importantly, I lost fat in my mid-section. Plus, she really knows her nutrition and she's so nice! Tough, but nice.
Throughout my journey of losing weight I would say I’ve had one of the best experiences I could ask for, EK pushed me and proceeded to never give up he wasn’t only my trainer but also my friend. This journey was beyond tough for me and having him by my side to motivate me and make sure I wasn’t eating a burger at two in the morning really helped and lead me to the right path and my goal and I couldn’t thank him enough for believing in me and taking the time out of his day to make sure we did our workouts made sure eating was good and also being my trainer I wouldn’t of asked for a better trainer, Ek is funny and creative but also hard working and I’m excited to see where his career takes him.

Dan is an awesome trainer. He has provided training to my husband and I over several years. He brings everything you need to get healthy, he is flexible with hours for training, he's tough but in an encouraging way, he modifies movements based capability (I am a cluts), he sets goals for you to achieve, defines nutritional recommendations if needed, and has had a lasting impact on my husband and I. We are forever changed by him - we have a home gym we use daily, we have pulled in our family in to working out, and we are trying to keep moving because of Dan!
I have been training with Patrick for a little over a year and he is, and the training has been awesome. You get out of it what you put in to it! Even though you reach a goal, he will pat you on the back and then kick you in the shin in one swift movement to make you work that much harder! ;) Seriously, he will evaluate where you are, where you want to be and tailor a workout schedule that works for you by mixing things up so you are not doing the same routine all the time, but still hitting all the muscle groups. Patrick can handle one person, two people or a boot camp and still pays close individual attention to your form and posture, even from across the room! He will not let you hurt yourself! (slacking or cutting any corners get noticed immediately.) You will start off by keeping a food log that he will review, then make suggestions about your nutritional value intake so your fuels and your muscles can work together for the most good. At last count, I had lost a combined 19 inches from waist, hips, thighs and arms. Oh, I should mention that I am a 50+ female. All I can say, is if Patrick can get those types of results from a middle aged woman, give him a shot and see what he can do with you! I dare you!
Great trainer. Great leader. Great person. Helped me get closer to my goals. It was never about the scale or about my measurements, it was about getting me back to where I felt comfortable in my body. I was an athlete all my life growing up. Having 2 acl surgeries at a young age right before college really knocked me down. Stopped playing basketball. Stopped running everyday. Stopped caring about what I put into my body. I lost sight of myself... George has really helped me every step of the way. Pushing me everyday to be better. I knew it was going to be tough but as a trainer he worked at a pace that I felt comfortable with and used exercises that I enjoyed, pushing me to the limit so I would use muscles that I've never targeted before.
I had the pleasure of meeting Adam quite a few years ago. He is probably one of the most genuine people that I know. He truly cares about his clients and only wants them to succeed in their goals. He is positive force and is pretty tough while in training mode. But is worth it. He makes it easy to understand food programs and give easy suggestions and recipes. I cannot wait to work with Adam again.
I never enjoyed working out until I started training with Courtney. What sets her apart is her ability to really listen to her clients and what they are looking for in a workout. She listens to you, what your goals are, and works with you to develop a challenging workout of exercises you enjoy doing while achieving your fitness goals. One aspect of personal training that I always experienced was getting bored with the workouts. However, Courtney does not shy away from trying new exercises and brings her own wealth of knowledge and new ideas about the latest trends or workouts. Courtney is tough and there is no doubt about that but if you're looking to walk away from your training session feeling like a warrior or glowing goddess, she is the trainer for you.
I am new to working out and I am definitely a novice, even after a year! However, the atmosphere at Floyd factor is one of encouragement and team work. Everyone is helpful and each workout, tough as they can be, is fun! I highly recommend Floyd Factor for anyone interested in getting in shape in a fun, encouraging atmosphere!
Jason is a top notch trainer who is serious about training his clients. He packs in a tough workout for you where you will see results. Workouts are varied each time I go and I leave feeling like I've had a workout. I've hired other trainers before but Jason is the best of the best. He makes sure you perform to your fullest while making sure your form is there so you won't injury yourself. A great one on one experience that anyone serious about their health and how their body looks should seek out Jason. Working with Alex has been fantastic! I have my wedding in June and told him I was hoping to tone up my back and arms and slim down my lower body. He's been focused on working towards my personal goals and flexible with meeting times. He is very professional and every single work out has been different and tough! He is also easy to talk to and is very engaged throughout the session, making sure I'm doing everything correctly and pushing myself. I have had around 10 sessions with him over the past few months and I can see the positive changes happening! I would recommend him to anyone!

Devin was my personal trainer when I first joined Cactus Gym. He's friendly, professional and most importantly, very patient. Fitness training can be very boring, a good coach is very important for continuous improving ourselves and pushing the limits.

I really like working out with Karen she explains to you and shows you what the workout is suppose to look like and corrects you as you go which for me I love. All the workouts I thought I was doing right I was all wrong. She definitely gives you like a tough work out all over the body which I love too! She's positive too and comfortable so you don't have to feel silly for asking questions or doing something wrong.
