Stephen incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mental (which I need most) and physical limits to get most out of the training without screaming at me. He is fully focussed on you while training and whenevwer time permits he quickly jots down my progress and motivates me with all the Instagram recordings :) he is either working out with me to demonstrate or couting my reps or recording the video for my reference. there is decent progress within a month and i am hopeful that I will achieve my target soon with help and motivation from him. I strongly recommend him to anyone for best body and mind :)
Baron methods of teaching are no like other and he personalizes each routine, circuit to fit your needs. He is efficient, has extensive knowledge of physical training, highly motivating and focused. Due to my crazy work schedule, Baron brings all the equipment to me and we work outdoors and suits me perfectly. I am not huge lover of working out and i get bored of doing the same workout routine but Baron is constantly changing it up for me and I couldn't be happier. Baron is not that expensive, considering i was on budget, we worked out a deal. I have already seen results with Baron and I highly recommend that you use his services.
Anthony is awesome. He has great communication, designs tough yet effective workouts, always has a positive, upbeat attitude (even when under the weather!), and he is incredibly supportive! The gym is unique in that it doesn't feel like one of those massive 24 Hour Fitness behemoths that lack in the community department. God's Gym is very community oriented. Everyone supports one another, and it is really nice to see familiar faces every time I'm in the gym. The trainers want you to succeed and are not just in it to collect money. They legitimately want you to reach your goals, and that gets me through the grueling workouts 3 times/week. The equipment might seem obsolete at first glance. However, this is the kind of gym I imagine hardcore, loyal bodybuilding athletes go to train. Rocky Balboa would train at this gym whereas the scary Russian dude would be at Equinox (Rocky wins the fight in the end!). If you are looking for a no-frills, authentic gym experience, God's Gym is definitely a great place to go. I have only been training at this gym, but I look forward to sticking with it in the long run. Plus, they offer multiple training packages for all types, and it's very affordable. I was referred to Evan by a friend and came to him wanting to gain some muscle. I have always been athletic but after a few years of focusing on work, not working out, I needed to get some bulk & muscle definition back. I came to him at 163 (6ft, 1in) and in 7 months I gained 18 pounds! I even kept close to the same BF percentage. all along the way Evan provided great nutritional advice and actually made me feel accountable for what I did and ate outside of the studio, which by the way, is an awesome spot. The workouts were challenging, varied, and obviously effective. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing a great, down to earth trainer, whatever your fitness goals are.
Aaron is awesome personal trainer. His session is not only assist training, but also eating habits, way of stretch and so on. These are very helpful for me. Usually, session with him in a outside park. It is a very excited and fun. If you are finding personal trainer, I will strongly recommend Aaron!
At age 53, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and osteoporosis of the spine and hips. Following a successful surgery to remove my thyroid, my endocrinologist recommended that I pursue weight and resistance training in conjunction with a year-long course of daily injections to treat my osteoporosis. Since that time, I have felt so incredibly fortunate to have met Jackie Sizemore. I have couple months training with Armando and I totally believe I made the right decision. During the last 5 years Ive been putting up some weight and no feeling too proud about it, especially because Im short and weight started to cause some foot and knee pain. Ive always postponed work out, it was not my priority but after training with Armando, I feel like I need to go for a session every day so I can get my Feeling good dose. Armandos positivism makes my work out enjoyable even though he pushes me and takes all my energy with every exercise. Armando has motivated me to keep going and give 100% every time we meet. He is professional, he listens, analyzes every piece of information I give him and he even suggests a relax/stretch session to get rid of stress I bring from work. I've been training with David for about 5 weeks now. I decided to train with David initially because I felt like he listened to my goals and he sounded like he had a lot of experience. He was the first person I interviewed but I remembered that he was the most humble and down to earth, and I had a feeling I'd be comfortable training with him. All the men trainers I interviewed talked to me like I had two brain cells, and I found David to be the most up front and honest. My goal is to lose weight, tone up and to strengthen my left shoulder for outrigger canoeing. So far, I am noticing a huge difference with my left shoulder. Its stronger and it no longer bothers me when I go paddling or perform certain exercises. Its still not 100% in strength but has gotten a lot stronger through training. All our sessions are pretty different and varied. I never know what to expect from David, which is good. I get bored at the gym because I love the outdoors, but David keeps it interesting. David pushes me when he thinks I'm slacking off, which often times, he is mostly right about.... I need someone to push me or I will slack off, which is probably a good reason to hire a trainer. David goes out of his way to make it work for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I can tell by the excellent service he provides for his clients. My personal belief is that its important to practice what you preach, and David is a trainer that is in great physical condition, and knows what he is doing. I personally did not want to hire a personal trainer at the local gym that looked like they needed training themselves... I highly recommend David as a personal trainer. Due to his diverse background, I believe he would be a great fit for many.
Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He's a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you'll rarely do the same routine twice. The variety of exercises and support I feel keep me coming back for more...not to mention the results. You won't find a better trainer anywhere else.

I trained and took High Intensity Interval Training with Cassie for over three years and she is, simply put, amazing. She motivates you to push yourself but is careful not to let you overdo anything so that you put yourself at risk for injury. She provides excellent training and nutritional advice as well. Cassie is the best!!
Before I began attending Vince's martial arts classes I was extremely shy and ashamed to go in because I was so over-weight. I would walk by his class and watch him and his experienced students and I so badly wanted to be there too. I finally decided to go in one day, despite of my hesitation, and that was the best decision I ever made. Since day one Vince has been extremely welcoming and tremendously patient and helpful. This last year I finally decided to take private training sessions with Vince and they are worth every penny. He's helped increased my cardiovascular and muscle fitness. I've been training with Jason for just about a year. Since we started, I've lost 11 pounds. More importantly, I've been about to reduce my diabetes meds by 75%. It's been a life changing experience. Jason has a deep understand of the body, and how various training programs impact different people. I highly recommend investing in his training services, he is worth it. "The Herminator" I like to call him. He keeps me focused and helps me create a plan for my goals. He is positive and encouraging, and pushes me through my workouts. We are constantly changing the workout between free weights, machines, TRX, and high impact workouts. Sometime we meet at gym and sometime he works me out in a park outdoors which I really enjoy. I also enjoy it when he drops some doctor style knowledge on me about the body, and how the muscles function together. He pays attention to me the whole workout and is invested in making sure I'm working out properly. I never feel neglected or that he is distracted. I have some workouts where I chat away and sometimes I'm quite. He respect my mood and goes with it every work out. As a woman I'm comfortable with Herman especially when my "not so cute" parts are bulging out during a workout and the sweat is pouring off me. Working out with Herman motivates me to make better decisions about my health. Make the investment not just in Herman, but your health.
Man, where do I begin. Since day one Dante has always followed through on his promises. His words were, "in two weeks you will feel it, it four weeks you will see it, and in six weeks you will hear it!" When I heard someone tell me that I'd lost weight, that's when u knew I had invested in myself! I've been working out for years on my own, since I played football in high school actually. I know a lot, but Dante showed me a new world of fitness, and a whole new way of life in the gym. His workouts never repeat, and his exercises are his own. He's definitely a coach and a motivator. He pushes you! That's exactly what I needed. A push! I would never push myself the way he pushes me. I highly recommend him as you're coach.
